The food is always good, but the overall condition of the restaurant needs attention ASAP! The sign out front is never lit up. The drive thru menu board has barely 1 light burning and its difficult to read or see the foods listed. The building looks run down and needs a desperate face lift. i stopped by the drive thru a few weeks ago on a Wednesday evening about 6:30 and never did get a response to place my order. The lights were on inside and looked open, but no one to take orders. i would hate to lose this place of business. PLEASE HELP!

First of all the bathrooms were awful. We ordered some hamburgers with small fries and like everyone we asked for ketchup the employees said they were out of the ketchup packets. And i was like, “what kind of restaurant doesn’t have ketchup!” I mean I don’t want to sound mean but you have to work on your public image if you want to be a successful restaurant. I have read some of the earlier posts and they’re pretty bad so maybe work on that, keep your customers happy. I give 5 stars on the food, but 1 star on customer service.

We were passing through town and decided to grab something to eat. First we were unable to use the restrooms inside because they were for employees only. We ordered 2 sandwiches so you would think they couldn’t screw that up. I ordered a Whopper with cheese and my wife ordered a Whopper Jr with bacon and no cheese. My Whopper was just regular with no cheese and my wife’s Whopper Jr had cheese with no bacon. So both burgers were wrong. The bread was hard and both were cold and you could tell they had been sitting there a while.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Drive-thru line is the slowest ever….just to get horrible food. I’ve been honestly to many times thinking it would get better. Never happened. Burnt chicken, driest burgers every time. Surprisingly considering you spend so long in line. But im pretty sure its because employees have cellphones in plan view…chatting to fellow employees about none work related. And the constant loitering /hoodlums/employees friends contently hanging in the parking lot.

They have really gone down hill in past several months and it’s been just awful when we’ve gone up there. They usually get our order wrong bc I have an allergy to Mayonnaise and most of time they put Mayonnaise on the items. So, we call and they say we’re sorry and give us a meal feel. Which is great, but we can’t drive back into that night bc we live out of the city limits. Very, very aggravating bc all the have to do is take time to read the the ticket and then they know what goes on the the sandwich. So simple, right. I guess not.

I visited via the drive-thru. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted, because at 11:30, the menu board was still half loaded with the breakfast menu, and the other half of the board looked as if a storm had blown through, which it hadn’t. Anyway, the food tasted the same as any other BK, and since no one else was in the drive-thru, I was out of there in no time.

Last evening, about 6:00pm on 4/2/2017, after driving 6 hours from East TN to my home in Bolivar, TN, I just wanted a quick meal and go home to relax. Instead, I was treated to an incomplete menu and rude service. I ended up at your competitor down the street at Sonic. At lease they had what I ordered and friendly service even when I had to questioned my order there.
At Burger King, I ordered a #1 Whopper Meal and a #3 Bacon Cheese Burger, both with sweet tea. I was told they were out of sweet tea. I questioned why is your restaurant out of sweet tea at the beginning of the evening rush hour? I got no answer. So then, I ask for 2 Cokes instead and was told to go the next window. At that window, I tried handing the lady a $20 bill and I was told they could not accept $20 bills. WHAT PLACE IN AMERICA, WILL NOT ACCEPT $20 BILLS? I was so in shock, I questioned her about that, too, and was told by a very rude lady, they just could not accept them. So, I left and went to Sonic.
If fast food workers in your industry, want to step up in the world to $15.00 an hour minimum wage, they better be willing to show they can handle their jobs at their current wages and skill level. I do not like to go and spend my money at a place with an incomplete menu or rude service from a non-caring employee. When I told your employee, I guess I have to go somewhere else, her reply was “Oh Well”. It is not just your restaurant, but half of this industry never has what is on the menu and most employ idiots that could care less, if they got your order correct or not.
As a retired, senior citizen, with prices of food and everything else going up and up all the time, I do not like spending what is asked of us on things such a hamburger at two or three times the price that we use to pay. We use to pay a lot less and get served by friendly employees and not by someone could care less if they serve you or not.

I love Burger King but the one in Bolivar is below par. They are slow, unfriendly and the food is not freshly cooked. The burgers seem dry and they don’t salt their fries. The place should be packed but gets few customers.

The Bolivar BK is usually quite good. Occasionally they’ll miss part of an order, but it’s one of the only joints over here that my partner can actually get a veggie burger, so that’s definitely a plus.

They forgot our sweet and sour sauce after they asked if we wanted any. We said yes are they deaf? Not to mention not one was wearing gloves or a mask. There’s a pandemic going on you fools. Will never go back to this Burger King.
