I really hate leaving horrible reviews, so I will start with the good about this location. If you order in the morning during breakfast hours, its incredible. You get your food, its hot, order is correct. Day shift staff is always on it. My issue is with nightshift. I stopped ordering from here at night for a long time because they can NEVER get an order correct. I am missing half my order anytime I go here at night. Most recently gave it a chance and was missing half of my order, things you don’t even have to make and just put it in a bag. They have forgotten entire happy meals for my kid before, but this recent time, I have had enough. It is not hard to look at an order, and get it all correct. If you cant remember what you have given the customer and you are too lazy to look in the bag and see if they have all their food…print it out and check mark the items as you place them in the bag. I always order through an app so they have time to make my order, and also for a larger order I wait and give 20+ minutes. The night shift crew at this location is the most incompetent group of people I have dealt with in my life, and they clearly need retrained. They can stand at the window laughing at me, and open the window to let me know why, but not place my kids overpriced pies in a bag. The amount of time it took the employee to laugh at me, he could have bagged at least those. If this was a one time occurrence I certainly would not leave a review. It has been every single time I order on nights over the span of 4 years. I stopped ordering here for a long time because of it. I will not be back as a customer, but my measly $50 order will not make a difference. So for the lady who said I needed banned from ordering there again who claimed to be the manager, I won’t be back. When I called to complain she also was talking to the entire crew about the phone call while I was on the phone which was also EXTREMELY unprofessional on her behalf. You should wait until a customer hangs up, or in my case she hung up on me, before you run your mouth about a customer to your crew. She sounded much older than myself, and with having worked in food myself for 15+ years you definitely handled that wrong. I have dealt with customers how I acted, and she escalated the situation with how she handled it. In summary, nightshift and the night team leader need training instead of staning around doing nothing. Day shift is great here.

I’d give them less than one star if I could. Terrible food, terrible service, dirty. Waste of $. I’d never go back there. For the record it definitely wasn’t my idea to stop there for a quick breakfast. My foundation drink was flat. My croissant was crushed. Asked for salt and pepper and the guy grabbed it for me then turned around and started doing something totally forgot what he was doing lol. So I gave up and just left. Unfortunately Bojangles was out of biscuits so we have Burger King a try. I’d rather starve.

Awesome food! They were out of the new chicken sandwich. But what do you expect when it is so good! The people working here are always nice and extremely friendly. Good place for a quick bite. Reasonable price for their nuggets. Worth stopping for.

I just tried a ham, cheese, and egg croissant, and it was delicious! Highly recommended! You can not beat their breakfast combo for under $9! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice! I will definitely go back! 98 A

Went through the drive through last night and ordered 3 of the SpongeBob kids meals. I came home and all 3 kids did not have a toy. You can imagine how stressful 3 upset & crying small children were after working a 12 hour shift and just trying to get something fun and quick for them. I will NOT be returning to Burger King, it seems you cant get good service at any of them around here.

Cold , untoasted buns on the burgers. Cold meat, fries were warm ( not hot ). Coke was out and very watery tasting. Restaurant was not busy (5 people inside). When I told them the ketchup dispenser was empty I was told I know. Ha, ha, ha. Windows and door Glass was filthy.. cashier was friendly ( the only plus for this meal ).
