Poor service. 1/5 stars. The employee at the register was rude and aggressive to an elderly woman, even throwing a cup on the ground. After she’d been waiting a while, he was rude to her again when she asked for an update on her food. I also saw him be disrespectful to another couple who received the wrong order. This behavior was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management. I won’t be eating at this place again

Stood in line, only person in line, 5 minutes before order was taken.
Ordered a plain , nothing on it, fish sandwich.
Get in car, open up sandwich , and it had lettuce and tartar sauce. I can’t eat either.
In a hurry for a meeting, I went on. Drive thru had 3 cars.
The staff were more concerned with 1 person starting a shift and setting up her drawer.
Manager was friendly.

My 6 year old and I were passing through the area and spotted this Burger King. You could see the playground through the window and she got really excited. We stopped to get ice-cream and play on the playground. Unfortunately, the ice-cream machine was down and the playground has been closed since Covid! Very disappointed little girl. The employees were very nice and the place looked clean, but we were 2 for 2 in the “can’t always get what you want” department.

Instead of letting me pull off and starve today, the woman went through their 2 for $3 options to get so.e food in my stomach. Great service thank you. Very rude. If you dont know how to talk to people with respect, you shouldn’t be working in the fast food industry! I visit the Lovell Rd. location almost weekly and its awesome and always friendly! The Lenoir City location is the worst. I wish I had questioned if it was a manager. I have never been spoken to so rudely at a fast food restaurant in all my life! My wife and I were up close to the counter reading the menu,
When the employee said in a very harsh, rude tone “your hovering over someone’s food”! We were the only 2 people in the lobby and we didnt notice the 2 bags of food because we were looking upward at the menu. The food probably shouldn’t be pushed to our edge of the counter until there is someone ready to get it. I can’t convey the tone of delivery. Very unproffesional. I will give it a month or two before I visit that location. Im sure by then the POS will be fired! Lol

In a world where customer service has become a thing of the past, Cameron stepped up and made our day. The drive through was taking a bit but it wasn’t a huge deal it was peak lunch time. He not only apologized but offered our dog a pup cup to which my two kids screamed they wanted ice cream too! He very quickly obliged and apologized again for the wait. Both kids and dog drove away happy as a clam. He even mentioned giving them ice cream before food, so sweet and thoughtful!! It’s summer and hey you only live once kudos to you Cameron!! We do appreciate your amazing customer service!!!!

Went to BK for lunch and a customer came in and was extremely demeaning and rude to the lady behind the register. The manager came out and was polite and accommodating, way nicer than I would have been.
My hats off to this manager and young lady behind the counter as this customer deserved to get snatched up and talked to.
