Easily the best “classic” fast food joint. I’ve been to in over 20 years. Very hot french fries, add to order food 30 minutes before closing and have it taste as fresh and well prepared as what you might expect if it was 11:30 in the morning speaks highly about how the operation is run….

The manager was unconcerned this morning about leaving a sausage croissant out of our order. She did say it was there, we had no receipt in our bag. All she could do was complain she was doing three or four jobs. I’ve noticed this location going downhill recently. They always put the croissants in the bottom of the bag and everything on top smashing them flat. Had a problem last week eating dinner inside. Chicken sandwich was old and dried up. They replaced it but makes you wander what they are serving you.

Second time at this location where I received wrong items or missing items. The first time I reached out and NEVER received a call text or email back. I tried again today to give them another shot. The woman taking money was snarky and to boot I received wrong items although the receipt showed exactly what I ordered. Not sure what the issue is at this location but try to do better. I truly appreciate fast food workers they are under appreciated at times but a customer should get what they order and pay for.

Girl at the drive thru barked everything at me before barking my total. Just the total. No thank you. No drive around please. Nothing. Made a comment to some boy at the window about the car in front of me who was behaving and driving weirdly. Pulling up 2 ft at a time, etc. No big deal. Was just commenting. I said nothing insulting. At the second window a supposed manager named Jennifer told me she needed me not to come back because that was her family that I was talking about. Don’t worry. I won’t. Btw. These are the people who want 15 bucks an hour. We’ll find out what the owner thinks about EMPLOYEES telling customers not to come back.
