This burger king is good and has that old-school smell. My bacon double cheese burger is hot and great. Fries are always fresh and crispy but who even puts the salt on is a little heavy handed with it, maybe lighten up on the salt. Ice cream always works unlike mcdonalds. I even called the store back to ask for his name. I was told his name was Dominic. Good job Dominic we need more kind souls like you in this world!

I went through this Burger King as a former manager if there is an issue with the customers food the manager on shift comes and resolves the issue. I had bought two original chicken sandwich sandwiches one was no lettuce and the other light mayo both with cheese and when they gave me my food I opened it to see a nasty black hair in my original chicken sandwiches the manager never not one time come to talk to me to resolve the issue! Very unprofessional unpleasant and just down right disturbing because the thought of someone’s hair in my food is nasty!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had !

The second to last time I came to this BK they made mistakes on multiple orders, refunded ours, then charged us again. The whole thing took probably 15 minutes just to get our food. The last time I went they had me pull forward because they had to make my food “fresh”. But the fries were cold and stale.

I frequent this location often. Everything is always consistent. The employees are friendly and helpful, food hot and prepped correctly, and the store is clean. One of the better Burger Kings I’ve been to, even while traveling.

They have a sign posted on the front door saying, you can only dine in for 30 mins. The few times I’ve been in there, only maybe 5 people total I saw in the dining area. Imagine paying for your mobile food and going in to pick it up and the first thing the cashier does is roll her eyes at you. I knew her from no where besides this place, I had to ask her if she had a problem. All of this was done in front of the manager. I will say besides the cashier rude attitude, the managers I’ve encountered have always been pleasant and respectful.

Every time I order the 16 pc nugget at this restaurant, they ALWAYS only give me 8! My autistic fiancé is the one who eats the nuggets because it’s the ONLY thing he eats. Literally. Can someone do better at reading? It clearly says 16, not 8. It’s only one specific manager that’s on shift always, maybe he needs to be reminded that it takes two 8’s to make 16!

This morning at 9:11am, french toast not done. Rest of order ok. This afternoon 3:11pm, chicken fries had to be pulled early. Limp. Ask for fresh. Last time at this location , they left out a large FF. I called and they replaced. Management needs to correct this issue of pulling food early.
