I had such a great experience at Burger King thanks to Robert! From the moment we pulled up to the drive-through, he made the visit fun and memorable. He had such a wonderful attitude and even sang the Burger King song at the window, which made us smile and laugh. When we got to the window to pick up our food, he was just as polite and professional. The short wait was worthwhile to see Robert’s smiling face! He made sure our order was correct and that we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone who can be both funny and lighthearted while also delivering excellent customer service. Robert truly made the visit stand out, and Burger King is so lucky to have him! Let’s get this man a raise!

Me and my friends went through the drive thru around 9 at night we were traveling back home which is almost an hour away from this store. We went through and the man who took our order was sweet but it was the employees at the window was not very professional at all. We could clearly see through the window and watched as the employee started to eat her food in front of us and even licked her fingers before sticking them in the bag to check our food . We drove off without thinking of checking our bag because we were ready to get home and my friends chicken sandwich wasn’t even the sandwhich she wanted and it was hard and cold and we realized her other sandwich wasn’t even put in the bag but it was on the receipt. My boyfriend called pretty upset because of the service and they hung up on us . We will definitely not be coming back to this location anytime soon . I don’t appreciate how the service was and I even work in fast food I understand how it can be sometimes, but there was no excuse for any of that . Don’t recommend anyone.

I was at the front getting ready to order and I heard a female and male worker say “the cartel is here” because a group of Hispanic people were walking in. I left and did not order. I believe those 2 people are managers. I went to that location numerous times, but as a person of color I will not go back. Do better.

Your couldn’t have got a better gentleman to run the register. He was so outgoing and courteous! Very delightful! I think his name was Christian or Chris. Either way, everyone needs a front man like him.

I have never had a more amazing experience with ordering my food with a guy who was working the ordering named Robert dude had me and my kids laughing with amazing customer service tonight . The store was dirty and the workers were more concerned about giving free food to their friends. Then to beat it all we ordered a plain cheeseburger for our daughter and they made it with everything on it. We had to get her something else because she refused to eat it. I tried calling them several times only for my calls to be ignored.
