I rated this location a five star a couple of years ago during COVID and have left it at the bottom of this updated rating. Our orders were taken fairly quick with a number issued for pickup when called. Took the order to the table and it was missing condiments we asked for. There was hardly any lettuce or tomatoes on our three junior whoppers and the smallest amount of meat that we have ever seen. “Where’s the beef?”. The fries were also very small shares and not very hot. Pictures of the burgers attached along with partial receipt. SADLY the place was almost empty! March 30, 2023

My husband and I were visiting from out of state for the weekend at an Airbnb near Tullahoma, TN. As a vegetarian, I knew that BK had the Impossible Burger and was actually excited when we ran across a Burger King…. Until we got there! I should have known from the rude, lackluster customer service we received that things weren’t going to go well. After receiving two sandwiches(Whopper jr. & Impossible Burger), my husband threw his away immediately because it was literally cold to the touch; skeptical, I decided to break mine apart to eat half. What I found when I opened that ‘sandwich” was unacceptable! I was instantly disgusted and grossed out! Normally we would have gone back and said something to Management, but from the demeanor of the staff we had already encountered we figured we wouldn’t have gotten very far anyway, in addition to the fact that we were on a mini vaca and didn’t want to mess it up with craziness from the local burger door spot! We decided to wait until we came back home. I sincerely hope that somebody from the Tullahoma Tennessee Burger King sees this review and does something about it! Had I consumed any parts of this raw, plant based patty I would have gotten VERY SICK! It’s truly sad that someone felt comfortable enough to wrap up cold, undercook food and give it to people…

I was not told how much the price increase for upgrading my lunch. When I asked about it the young man at the window , Edward, said we have to get our sales up in a very smart mouth way. I guess customer service at Burger King doesn’t matter just sales.

Ordered my burger with noa myo. Receipt didn’t show no mayo so double checked and was told that’s bc it doesn’t come with mayo. Got home both burgers are cold and covered with mayo so can’t even reheat them. Horrible service

Ordered that new bacon melt sandwich. 5.50. Absolute rip off. Even if it had been made properly the sandwich is at least misleading. I’d be down to say it’s straight false advertisement. Needless to say I was in a hurry so I didn’t get to back to that store. I did take the sandwich to the Manchester Burger King were I did not receive any help refund or even an offer to make a new sandwich. Out 6 dollars and hungry. Thanks BK
