I dined in today. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were out of some menu items, so they had signage for that as well as signage stating for customers to use the two available kiosks (very similar computer touchscreen to McDonald’s) unless a cashier was available at the counter. My food was served at the counter in a reasonable short time. The quality of the food was great. Despite the mostly negative reviews this location has received in the past, I had a good experience as you can see expressed in this review. As you can see in my photos here, the location was clean, although the men’s restroom was out of order at the time. I can tell this place has recently been renovated, so we shall see how time treats it. As of right now, I do recommend this location. And by the way, breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m. there were quite a few people walking in just after 10:30 being surprised by that fact at the counter. 5 stars this time BK.

They made my rodeo burger so juicy. They put extra bbq sauce. How did they know I love my bbq sauce? I normally have to ask them to put extra barbecue sauce on. This location made it so freaking good and juicy best I’ve had in Nashville ❤️❤️❤️

I am a DoorDash driver and had an order at this specific Burger King tonight on January 6, 2026 at 9:30 PM. The woman in the drive-through with the dreads (white woman) was highly unprofessional and extremely rude to me when I had went around to the window in my vehicle and told them my vehicle would not fit through their drive-through because they’re inside doors were shut at 8 PM I guess. And when I expressed this to her, she said there are no walk ups Allowed. I am in my own vehicle. It just doesn’t fit in the drive-through and so she said she needed to speak to a manager. When she returned back to the window, she told Me, I couldn’t get my order and that it wasn’t her problem and walked away. In the meantime, she was treating the customers at the drive-through in their vehicle like crap as well. So when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager came up to the window and got my order around and handed it to me with no problem. She expressed to me that they aren’t allowed to do walk ups after a certain time which I told her I do understand that I didn’t know this and that I won’t pick up any more orders from that Burger King. I’m really writing this review so the girl at the window could be trained and had to treat her customers because she was terrible at her job. I don’t know what’s going on in her personal life or what’s going on at home but she needs to leave that at the door before she comes to work because it is very very ugly.

Clean. Service was good even though not terribly enthusiastic. Fries and onion rings were the last scoop of a batch that should have been tossed out, but still ok with enough ketchup 🙂

There was this new guy I’d never seen before at the window, picking his nose repeatedly until he pulled out a booger and rolled it into a ball while I was waiting. Then he went and touched the fries with his dirty hands. If they do that in front of me, I don’t even want to imagine how they make the hamburgers. If you want snotty hamburgers, this is the place.

My first two visits to this location were not good experiences. But, this location is close to my work and I thought I’d give them one more chance. I ordered the Bacon Melt combo, with onion rings. There was no bacon, and the sandwich and the onion rings were already cold as I pulled out of the drive-thru. I wouldn’t say the staff was rude, but for all three visits the staff consistently acted like they don’t want to be there, and it was not a friendly experience at the drive-thru. And because of the overall lack of friendly service, I’m hesitant to complain about my food because I know that scenario would just piss me off. Overall, this location sucks.

The worst Burger King I’ve experienced by far. I ordered a double whopper with cheese, they gave me a double whopper with bacon… I’m Muslim. I don’t eat bacon. I don’t know why I paid $15 for a whopper, fries, and a Coke. I paid extra for tasty sauce, I didn’t get my tasty sauce. There was two cars in front of me in the drive-through, it still took 30 minutes to get my food. Under no circumstances should anybody eat here.

Counter was busy and staffed by one worker, who told the manager,after our 15 min wait, she wasn’t waiting on any more customers unless they use the kiosk to place their order and she didn’t! So our party of four crossed the street to Ronald’s house. There the kiosk is optional.

The spicy classic sandwich here is next level. Not really spicy at all but the flavor is like a sweet fried chicken and pickle sandwich on smooth butter buns. Will definitely be coming back for more.
