The less full cup is from this location & the full cup is from the location out east to show comparison. I politely asked the young lady at the 1501 Charlotte location if she could add a tad bit more, but before she could answer a sassy man rudely interjected saying “that’s how they come ma’am” repeatedly which was clearly a lie since I USED to frequent that location often w/ it being closest to me. I think he was some kind of manager unfortunately. I’ve not returned since & get waaaaay better service & food up the street or out east. He was a tall, black, effeminate acting male.

Every time I get food from here it is grossly overcooked.
I went today for a whopper w cheese cut in half. They took an expired burger and cut it in half and microwaved it to death I’m sick and tired of giving BK second third and fourth chances . BK is garbage. I’m absolutely done. They absolutely use to be my favorite fast food. Just another $10 down the drain.

Service is slow. As per usual. Employees would rather be on their phones than make the food. On top of a Ketchup limit? 3 packets for a large fry is nothing. And when I ordered food the price with taxes on the screen was different than when I got to the window to pay for the food. This place clearly doesn’t have a leader, or if they do have one, they don’t take any pride in their store.

The food was as good as any other Burger King, but the front man was extremely rude and impolite. Also, this is supposed to be “fast food”, but it took us at least 15 minutes to get our two whoppers! And it wasn’t even crowded.

I don’t get Burger King often but when I do it’s always fresh and the workers are nice. Just want to say Thank you again to the night manager David and the other young man working the drive thru for being so helpful and patient even though it was busy and close to closing time. Hope they are getting recognized during these hard times.

I placed my order through the drive-thru today. Unfortunately, the man at the window was extremely rude, which made my experience very unpleasant. I hope management addresses this and provides proper training to ensure better customer service.

This is probably the worst fast food establishment I have ever been too….. I honestly wouldn’t even consider it “fast” food as the service could not have been any slower. I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and mozza fries with no other customers in front of me. The food was repulsive, the service was slow, the workers hate their jobs, the food kiosk was broken, and our orders were incorrect. My friend ordered from the kiosk and it would not allow her to pay due to machine discrepancies, she attempted to pay at the counter to which the worker told her that she couldn’t clock back in from her break, so she was unable to process anything on the register, and to reorder her food from the kiosk again (her food was already ready at the counter, and she had to tell the staff twice that she had not yet paid so they wouldn’t allow her to receive her food until she re did everything all over again). Once she re did everything at the other kiosk, they told her that they didn’t have any chicken fries yet to which she had to explain that THEY told her to put the order in again, and that her food was already ready at the counter. Once she finally received her cold bag of food that had been sitting there for 10 minutes, she had to go BACK to the counter as they didn’t even put the chicken fries in the bag, she walked back to her seat only to find a bag of 4 mozza sticks instead of 8 chicken fries…. She walked back up to the counter again to receive only 4 chicken fries so she had to go back AGAIN for 4 more…. While all of this was going on, I was patiently waiting for 20 minutes for my not so chicken sandwhich and mozza sticks that I had to finally walk up to the counter to ask for…. Everything chicken that we ordered looked like rubber cartilage and food poisoning. (Photos attached). I HIGHLY recommend never coming here unless you have 3-5 business years of time to waste, and money to throw in the trash where the food belongs.

I stopped eating at all Burger King restaurants because the quality was poor no matter how friendly the service was. After visiting this particular one with a coworker about two weeks ago….I go there for breakfast and lunch because it is by far the Best all around Burger King I have ever been to. The employees are so joyful. Their food is always fresh and tastes perfect. They are always smiling and respectful. They should placed as an example of what your franchise is striving for. Both in employee morale and quality of food. Very clean building, including the restroom. A++++ give those girls a raise! They represent what service should be like everywhere. Thank yal sooo much.
