Whatever you do, never go to this Burger King! The people are not nice and the food was horrible. I got my hashbrowns, 81 and it was ice cold. I gave them back and they re-dropped the fries that were already done and gave me those. When I received those, they were so hard I couldn’t even buy them. My coffee was horrible. I asked for cream and sugar, and they gave it to me with no tool to stir it with. They acted like I was bothering them by being a customer. I threw my hashbrowns out the window poured my coffee out. A waste of money! Do not go to this Burger King.

I stopped by at 7:05pm on a Saturday and they weren’t even open. So I went to the Popeyes next door and had a much better fresh food experience.

The worst experience ever! My gf and I went to get something quick and waited for about 5mins to order the food which was fine because the order taker was actually nice and advising us of the wait. After paying we waited another 30 plus minutes to get the food and the girl at the window was constantly on her phone and had an AirPod in her ear. After getting our food the fries were cold and disguising so I went inside to see if maybe there can give me fresh fries and the girl at the window stated there was nothing they can do while thumbing through receipts. My gf got upset and went inside and waited for someone to assist us. It wasn’t until she asked for corporate number when they decided to say something. They was very rude and said people run out of stuff and caught an attitude. I will not be going back to this location and will not recommend anyone I know to go to that establishment. Waited for about 40mins to get cold and disgusting food. On top of everything NONE of the employees had names on their name tag so what’s the point of wearing them if your name isn’t on it.

I ordered at the drive thru and I got a double whopper combo #2 it had jalapenos on it. They don’t even offer a whopper with jalapenos i don’t know how the heck they put them on there when I didn’t even ask for them at all an had bacon on it couldn’t even eat it because of the jalapeños on it I’ve tried to call them no answer

This location needs to close down. The staff is completely disorganized. Soon as the Taco John’s opens next door and with Popeyes on the other side this Burger King will be more of a Ghost Town than it already is. Waiting over 20 mins for food is ridiculous. CLOSE THIS LOW PRODUCING LOCATION DOWN. STOP WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY ON TRASH.

Great location with open layout and close by Hwy 24. Inside service is prompt and courteous and the restaurant was spotless during my visit. They always seem to be having specials and that is a good thing when you need to save money while dining out. I would avoid it during the lunch hours because it is in close proximity to Agero and Hankook and it gets pretty hectic around that time.

I went through the drive thru, it was fast and friendly, perfectly correct and did I mention fast?!
Plus everything was super fresh! The impossible whopper was perfectly done, the bun was literally pillow soft, perfect amount of condiments and tomatoes/lettuce. And the fries were so fresh the drive thru worker warned me they would be super hot, which they were!
10/10 would recommend

I usually don’t have a problem ordering from here. However, today I got a Burger with 2 top buns on it. I already made it home, I was hungry and didn’t feel like driving back, so I ate it. It was still a burger but not what I paid for. 2/5

Absolutely disgusting, the most disgusting establishment I have ever been in, 100s of fly’s, cursing employees…I called corporate as soon as we left, then recived a call from an employee that was full of excuses and attitude…I asked to speak with the franchise owner, was lied to and was given the general managers number, he advised he was in route, knew of how bad the restuarant was and had been told to clean house of the bad employees. Was not offered any compensation for our horrible experience.
