Unfortunately this is the worst review we’ve ever had to leave. We even gave this location 3 chances in hopes our experience would improve, however it has only worsened. Each visit we have experienced the worst customer service with employees having the absolute worst attitudes.Not only do they not have manners, but they are flat out rude! Basically throwing the bagged orders at us after angrily fixing the orders. Every time the orders have been completely wrong and the milkshakes….well just look at the pictures. This is how they were handed to us on 2 different occasions. They are made very sloppy and look as if they’ve been drank out of already. A complete mess!
This location really needs to do better. Not only have you lost our good business, but we have a large network of others that we assure your loss of their business as well. Until improvements are made, we nor others will be back.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced from a manager at the drive-through of this location. I called to complain and was told that I would be contacted back and never received any contact. I paid for my food and just left. I didn’t even get it. The service was so bad.

Other than Wilma Rudolph Blvd the Ringgold and fort Campbell is the best Burger King in Clarksville. They have friendly, fast and efficient service. Its clean and has that good Ole fashion BK grilled smell. I love it! I will only eat at these two locations! Keep up the great work yall! I worked as a store manager and DM for 22 years at Subway and I pick up on things in food service easily. Yall rock! Kuddos!!

For fast food nowadays, Burger king is probably the best value you can get besides Pizza. This store always makes the food fast and fresh, but sometimes get the order wrong if you use the mobile app. Make sure to check the bag before driving away, but generally very satisfying.

We came order through the drive thru this morning around 9:55 am. The manager was very rude to us and kept arguing with us. We wanted orange juices and was told they didn’t have orange juice when we got to the window she was hateful with a attitude because we seen the orange juices and she got real hateful and said I said over the other lady no we have orange juices but we didn’t hear that all we heard was they have no orange juices.. she also slammed the window on us twice while trying to talk to her and called us a liar. Tried telling us what we heard on the box and all we heard was no orange juices. The white big lady manager wouldn’t give me her name just slammed the window on us twice. She doesn’t need her position as a manager treating people the way she did us. We even offered her to come out check our car but she wouldn’t and she was very rude and disrespectful the whole time… We came home and our food is wrong!!!

I don’t normally review places, especially franchise businesses, but the girl dad behind the counter taking our orders tonight was an absolute blessing of a human being. My oldest daughter wanted to treat her sister to the SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Meal after she saved up enough money to do so. She has social anxiety and I’ve been trying to encourage her talk with cashiers and store employees when she’s looking for something or ordering items to help her break out of that shell a little more. This man helped her feel so relaxed during the interaction that she cracked a smile several times and finished ordering both their meals without any trouble. She even approved any substitutions that were required due to them being out of the strawberry shortcake pie without any real hesitation. He even went a step further and included an extra pie and discount to make up for it and the missing toys. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any Clarksville Burger King, let alone any Burger King in general. Both my daughters gave the meal a 9/10 for an overall rating of the Bikini Bottom Bundle. This will be the only BK we go to from now on if we order in Clarksville.
