The customer service at this location is the BEST customer service I have experienced. I go through the drive thru multiple times a week for breakfast before work. Everyone is always kind, quick, considerate and goes above to ask if I need anything else. Genuinely also makes me happy to go thru.

I can’t recall the last time I ate at BK, so I stopped in for breakfast this morning. I think Tracy took my order she was very pleasant. I waited 5+ minutes at the pick up window. I have not problem waiting if my food is going to hot and fresh however that wasn’t the case.

It’s BK, what more can I say? I ordered my go to Whoper. I don’t know if it’s because I am ordering a burger at breakfast or what. But, lately they have been scorching the edges. Burnt ends anyone (my fur baby won’t even eat the edge.) So, my go to BK, has been messing up my go to burger 3 stars down from 5.

I am not the biggest fast food fan ever but my kids love this place. Their playground has reopened and it is awesome. Something for children of all ages and sizes. Dining room has reopened and is very clean and social distancing and masks seem to be working here. Even the outside area. Lady at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms have always been super clean

So rude. Especially the old lady manager. I don’t know her name but I’m only respectful to people who respect me. The type of energy you give to me will be the same you get in return. Don’t come in an hour and half before close or they will hate you. They had the drink machine already broke down, the playground was closed and if you ask for anything they are so mean. Literally probably the worst customer service I have ever had. If you can even call it customer service. If you don’t like your job please don’t work there!!!! You make it terrible for anyone!!

I ordered the royal chicken sandwich no royal sauce add mayo. It came with no tomatoes no pickles and grayish black lettuce. I get being out of certain things but communicate that I wouldn’t have gotten the sandwich if I couldn’t have gotten it all the way I like the tomatoes pickles and lettuce I feel it makes the sandwich. But the bad lettuce if I didn’t check my sandwich I would have eaten this and possibly gotten sick like why not just toss the lettuce. Also They never give receipts they don’t even ask if you want it so I couldn’t do a survey so I’m doing a public review
