Today we stopped in at Burger King for a whopper meal. The manager immediately welcomed us in a friendly manner. The hamburgers served to us were actually just like the photos in the ads. It was stacked with lettuce, tomato and sliced onions and were very fresh and delicious. We ate inside and everything was clean including the bathroom. As we were finishing our meal the manager came over to pick up our trays and check to see how our meal was. We are visiting and wish that the Burger King in our home town was this good.

The play area is really needing cleaned. All the tables are dirty and there is food scattered on the floor. I had to take a fry from my 2 year old granddaughter as she was trying to eat it. The high chair is very dirty also. Cleanliness is the only concern we had this visit.

June 7,2022 went to bk drive thru and the nicest Miss.Regina was the one taking our order. And my friend that was with me couldn’t decide what she wanted anyways long story short Miss.Regina had patience with us and never got ugly with us. I think she’s the best great sweet voice and smile I just thought this should be known she was AWESOME. Thank you. Need more people like her in this world.

Staff is always friendly and doesn’t mind me ordering everything MY WAY. The burger is hot, freshly made, fries are too! The unsweet tea was great. The lobby was clean and cool but not freezing. It was a nice little break during a shopping day. Thanks to their app I got a bargain on my favorite burger too.

I never really leave reviews but I felt the need to warn people of this place. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. First we had to wait probably 10 minutes to order (when there was only one car in front of us) then another 10-15 min to get our food. While sitting in the drive thru the cashier was drinking out of an open cup, which was sitting out on the counter. Once we received our drinks and tried them, they did not taste normal. Once we got our food, we were missing one of our fries, to which they handed us another bag containing an order of fries and onion rings (which we didn’t order). We had ordered a plain double bacon cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, and 2 fries. We received 2 single burgers one with ketchup and the other with mayonnaise, 2 orders of fries and an order of onion rings. We didn’t want to complain and wanted to be on our way since we had a long drive ahead of us so we ate our food, and went inside to use the restroom. The restrooms were dirty, both men’s and women’s. The women’s sink barely drained and my husband said the men’s sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There were at least 2 customers that were complaining/returning their food on the inside. Also all of the doors were propped open because their vent hoods were broken, so the whole store was smoky on the inside.

Went through the drive thru after 10:00 pm after I got off work. The lady at the window was very nice as well as another young man. They cooked our fries fresh and made our burgers just how they were ordered. It was actually nice to see that a business would take time to cook something fresh, even after 10:00 pm!
