I ordered the new peach mango lemonade and I immediately disliked it. Since it’s labeled a “Signature” drink, I thought it would be a crafted lemonade like Hardee’s and Wendy’s. It taste like the base of the drink is a minute made lemonade. It was flat and over sugary. I asked to exchange it for a Icee but the machine wasn’t working. So, I asked for a bottle water to replace the “lemonade”. The manager insisted I pay for the bottle of water. My combo was $13. I was NOT going to pay for a drink that tasted horrible and the replace drink that I returned to her. She complained that she loses money because she had to toss the drink. But this is the same lady that gave me extremely cold fries. So, you don’t want your corporation to lose money but you don’t mind your customers losing money by giving them fries that should have been trashed? She knew the fries were cold as she did not hesitate to drop fresh ones when Icame back to the window. Honestly, the patty on my Whopper was cold too but the burger was good because the bun was soft and the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles were fresh and crispy. I’m a fan of Burger King. It was my 1st time at this location. It’s unfortunate that a manager’s poor sense of judge will cause me 2nd thoughts as I travel though there often with my new line of work. Her exact words were “It’s not my fault you didn’t like the drink.” Well, it’s her fault that location will not get my business.

The service was truly outstanding, and I especially wanted to commend I think she is the manager – a lovely lady with short, curly hair. I just had a bacon king and it was the most radiant and appetizing burger I’ve ever had and it’s just because of the best worker at Burger King, a boy named Thomas Vaughan, he made my burger made sure it was good and then proceeded to tell me to have a wonderful day; if I was the manager of that BK I would give him a raise for his hard work and extreme determination to better the workplace

It was in the evening we waited about 15 minutes in the lobby as the cook was having a meltdown finally she screamed we aren’t serving the lobby you’ll have to leave. We won’t be back
