Fast food has really gone down hill because of crappy management and crappy food! Use to a whopper had 2 tomatoes, plenty of lettuce, plenty of mayonnaise, more onions and pickles! On top of that the fries where always fresh and hot not cold and stale! I only live 5 minutes away!

drive thru order. ordered two whoppers with NO mayo, & ketchup on only one. received two burgers absolutely DRENCHED in mayo. both had ketchup. one also had bacon & cheese, which wasn’t asked for. ordered regular fries. fries were cold & completely unsalted. ordered chicken fries. also cold. had to remind them we needed straws, & we received no napkins. phone is not working, like it’s been taken off the line. it won’t even ring. WORST service in a LONG time.

10/9/19 Has been here awhile now and eventhough it’s still pretty clean the food quality has fallen. Soggy tomatoes and lettuce, which means it was from yesterday or the day before that. The buns aren’t as fresh and soft as they used to be. Actually all the burger kings has the bun problem nowadays. I put a picture up so you can see these 2 or 3 days old tomatoes that are 10 minutes from being ROTTEN. New. Fast service. Always clean on the inside

Came in to grab a quick lunch for the family. The digital menu was 80% off and after not being greeted for a couple minutes I was going to bolt because I saw the health score was mid 80s and only two people were running the place and orders were all over their screen. Right as I tried to flee someone asked if I was ready to order. :Sigh: I ordered off a little paper on the counter and waited about 15 minutes for my food. Looking around at how unclean the place was and the water damage in the ceiling. They gave me my food and forgot my drinks, asked for ketchup but they said they ran out. Not the best impression. This location is the closest to my new house but I might have to drive further. Food was good though, fresh too, just slow.

We at night. The person cooking food was on their phone. The one working at the register didn’t even notice me until she looked up from her phone. The floor was sticky, the soda machine needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom was not cleaned. But, they had the nerve to be on their phones.

I ordered the new whopper melt. Paid $9.28 2 pieces of meat and cheese. The bun was cold and plain. I called back the guy that answered the phone said “we out caramelized onions” I told him they should tell customers and not charge the for the upgraded burger. His response was Hummm! The first pic what I order the second is what I got!!!

Finally the whopper with cheese was warm at this location of course Atlanta hwy at Perry Hill Road. Fries not salted but ok. Mayonnaise took over the whole taste of the sandwich and I like mayonnaise but not to where I can’t taste the other ingredients. The soda again highly carbonated the wrong mix..
If I’m ever there again I will ask for light on the mayo., a bottle of water, and salt for my fries. No one was in line but we waited so long at the window that the manager looked up at me and finally he read my face and moved.
