We usually stop by this location when we get in this area. Always clean and friendly staff. However today, while waiting inside to place our order, the manager seemed to have an issues with my husband’s shirt. On the shirt is a pot leaf. The manager sure did not mind expressing her opinion, several times while rolling her eyes about, “not believing it that!”. OK we are not coming in to discuss your beliefs. After that, we will not be returning.

the service at rainbow city Burger King is ridiculous. I worked in the food industry myself for 4 years and would never leave a bad review unless I really had a reason to. There’s NO REASON AT ALL I should be waiting 51 mins when there is only 3 people in front of me. 25 in the drive thru and 15 at the window and another 11 after they ask me to pull up to the sidewalk. I arrived at 11:38 and I did not leave until 12:29. UNACCEPTABLE. I don’t know how they don’t get in trouble for this because I know their drive thru time is through the roof! And when I finally get to the window they laugh and play and talk and then HAVE THE NERVE to ask me to pull up after sitting there so long. I did not get my food until I finally parked and came inside and had to raise my voice at the lady who I’m pretty sure was the store manager and after all this i receive an apology Like that makes it better. Completely unacceptable and will not be back.

I ordered 2 times over the drive thru speaker a double whopper combo with mayo, mustard and onions only with a large onion rings and large diet coke. I got to the window and asked her to repeat my order because I felt like it was not going to be right. so she read back my order and sure thing it was wrong. So once again, I told her at the window looking at her telling her my order for the 3rd time. I got a double whopper with cheese, large fry and a large Dr Pepper!!! Called and spoke with the manager to make them aware and the manager is the person who handle my order and got everything wrong!!! The manager was like I’m sorry and have a nice day!!!! This location has terrible service and management !!!!! I will drive further to another burger king if and when I ever try them again. It’s best to just avoid this location all together!!!!!!

Slowest and worst food on the planet. I walk in and my order has been on the screen for five minutes and everyone is in the back playing graba$$! Please do not go here. It’s no wonder why there are never any cars in the parking lot.
