Reviews
Used q-tips on the drink lids, dried soda all over the machines, bathrooms are absolutely terrible (with no soap, so you know the employees are not washing their hands) and dried food on the serving stations.
The drink machine in the lobby is out of everything, and floors are slippery everywhere in the store. I stood at the counter trying to get someone to make me drink since the lobby was messed up.
That took forever.
The only positive is that this location didn’t mess up my order, and the fries were fresh.
At this point I honestly have to ask: is this location under new management? Because whatever changes have been made are clearly not working.
Here are just the last three visits, all within the past few weeks:
Today’s visit:
I pulled in specifically to order a Whopper Jr, only to be told they were out of Whopper Jr meat. For a brand built on the Whopper, this is absolutely unacceptable. This is not a specialty item, it is a core menu item and should be properly forecasted and stocked.
About a week ago:
On that visit, the staff informed customers that the only items they could serve were fried foods. No burgers at all. At a burger restaurant. Again, this is not a minor issue. It speaks to serious problems in inventory management, maintenance, or both.
Roughly two weeks prior to that:
I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes from the moment I placed my order to the moment I received it. No communication, no apology, and certainly no sense of urgency. Just a line of cars stuck waiting on a level of service that was nowhere near acceptable.
Taken together, these three recent experiences paint a very clear picture. This is not a one off bad day. This location consistently under delivers, time and time again. As someone who has visited this store repeatedly over the years, it is obvious something has changed for the worse in 2025, and the customer is the one paying the price for that decline.
The next time I went, they didn’t have the lemonade that they advertise so brightly and boldly outside the store.
So I tried again and they still did not have the lemonade and I went at the same time each time between 11 and one lunchtime.
At this point, I’d rather go to another fast food place or maybe I should just stop fast food altogether
