To call this place “Fast food” is insulting. Workers were more focused on personal conversation and their phones than doing their work. Food itself was okay. Fries were unsalted and they put tomato and mayo on my sandwich despite me requesting neither. There are better and cheaper options on university drive. Save your money

Order a kids meal and it took about 20 minutes to get my order. Asked for unsweetened tea, they gave me a sweet tea. The cashier was sitting on the ground when we pulled up. There were a bunch of people in the store so it’s a little weird it took so long to get our food. Just seemed like a bunch of kids playing around. There are better fast food places

Apparently they don’t have Diet Coke at the drive thru window, and when Diet Coke is ordered, they automatically substitute Coke Zero, without telling you.
I learned when I went inside to swap it out. The employee behind the counter tried to charge me for another cup, because I’m not allowed to take a cup that has been out of the building to the drink machine.

No matter the time of day, whether I go inside or order in the drive thru I have never had bad service here! I don’t care if there’s a teenager working or older adults everyone always has the best attitude. I’ve even watched employees be coached in a gentle yet to straight to the point kind of way, it was refreshing to see. I appreciate you guys, pat yourself on the back!

Pulled up to the window at 11:25pm and was greeted with a rude tone IMMEDIATELY. “One moment please.” She proceeded to greet me AGAIN this time louder and more aggressive. And then when I told her what I was ordering she groaned in disbelief repeated my order and then told me to pull around. I did so and then when I got to the window I had to proceed to repeat my order and she was being rude again. I will NEVER come back to this Burger King. The lady was a black female, was a manager with black glasses. 2/10 experience. Only gets points for the food.

BK’s chicken fries are one of my sons safe foods as he is special needs. I go to this particular bk because it is close to home. Ive never had any issues until recently with a ill mannered night shift lead named Chavez. I usually order the chicken fries by 8pc and I’ll get anywhere from 3-8 boxes. Can seem like a lot to some but my son eats off them several days. Well Chavez miscounted my son’s chicken fries and missed 3 boxes being placed in our bag. When I circled back around to ask if the matter could be fixed and I had the food and receipt, Chavez told me I was wrong and he was in no way going to give me my money back or the food he never placed in the bag. He was extremely rude and dismissive as if he was incapable of making any mistakes and insinuated I’d eaten the chicken fries. I’ve had 2 other encounters with him where he mentioned he could NOT help me as the manager and I’d need to speak with another manager instead because he wasn’t quote on quote “ON SHIFT”. He is STEALING from the company and his attitude to customers when something is wrong is worthy of a LAWSUIT!

Wife and I were the only 2 people in the restaurant and it took 15 minutes before I went up to the counter to ask for my food and the lady said they ran out of fries so they were waiting on 1 of the order of fries. I asked for our other food to eat so it wouldn’t be cold. We finished our food before we got the other fry.
