Terrible Customer Service & Pointless “Pull Forward”
I had one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at this Burger King. There was no one behind me in line, yet after I paid, they still told me to pull forward and wait. For what? There was literally no reason to move me except to rush their drive-thru timer.
The customer service was cold, rushed, and dismissive. No explanation, no apology—just “pull forward” and wait. I sat there watching my food get cold while employees moved around inside like nothing was wrong. If there had been a line of cars behind me, I’d understand. But there wasn’t a single other car.
This feels like management pushing employees to cheat the system instead of actually caring about customer experience. If you’re going to make people wait anyway, at least be honest and respectful about it.
I won’t be returning to this location. Fast food is supposed to be fast—and at minimum, customer service should be decent. This was neither.

First time having BK in over a year. I paid extra money for cheese on my burgers and also requested them to be freshly broiled. Neither had been done. Actually, the burger was barely warm. I was also missing a fry. They did refund me $3 on the app, but the items that were missing to cost more than that. I don’t expect things to be perfect at Burger King but simply paying attention to an order matters.

Why are you serving french fries cold stop it!! Don’t cook so many at one time know your customers and the time that they come in let the customers know for fresh french fries is probably gonna take five minutes. It’s worth it.

10/925 I ordered two double whoppers with cheese for $17.85 using drive thru. I got two single whoppers w/cheese instead. Attached labels on sandwiches even stated double whoppers. All, double check your orders, even if you have to unwrap them in drive thru line. Won’t be coming back to that store again.

This was so awesome! Was dancing my little dance in my seat while eating. The bun is made from purple potatoes and it’s delicious! The shake is amazing and thick just like I like it! Staff was friendly and very helpful!

I am not one to leave reviews, but if the management of this store cared anything about the integrity of your location.. you may want to speak to your staff about the way they speak to people and as I got on here to leave a review, there were already multiple people who commented about having awful service from a woman. Today at the drive through window I was name called multiple times by a woman. Would not be shocked to find out it may all
be the same woman.
We all have to go to work. We all want to be off on when the day is done. You never know what people are going through. The difference is, if someone came to my place of business, I’m not allowed to treat them terribly just because I am tired and “over it”. Do better!

Slowest Burger King in Alabama. The line is incredibly slow and dining room is closed for what seems to be mere laziness. You could drive to a Huntsville location and back quicker. We sat in line for over 30 minutes before ordering. RIDICULOUS..

No hands were washed or gloves changed! One person swept up a spill in the lobby then right back to assembling burgers!!! I seen them making drive through orders and sooo much cross contamination was going on I felt sick to my stomach!! YOU poor people randomly getting sick and don’t know why……..I’m done with fast food!!
