We ordered food and could barely hear the lady because of the music playing in the background. We ordered whopper meal, bacon cheese burger with no pickle, order of 9 piece chicken fries sweet tea and coke. Lady said we can do a special with small fry and 9 piece chicken fries cheaper I said ok.

The employees act as if they have alday to get the food to you. The older lady that works the intercom and drive thru has no sense of urgency or customer service. It takes her an exaggerated amount of time to take a payment and hand food out. It’s as if she in slow motion.

Waited in line for 25 mins than got my food first which was weird but than she made us wait 2 mins to get our drinks . Hope to wasn’t a manager she needs retrained. And odd thing we stop a McDonald’s and Two burger kings and all had 2 drive thru but only using one. Low on staff idk but that didn’t help

The Absolute WORST customer service in Muscle Shoals Al. If I could give 0 stars I would. And the store is a mess everyone on the night crew that works the front should be fired. They stand around and talk to each other and do not even acknowledge that there is a paying customer waiting for them to take their order. Stood there for 5 minutes. Four of them were standing in the front. Talking to each other. Looked at me, turn around and started talking to each other and did not say a word to me. So needless to say I will never ever be back.

The burger was good but also got a 8 piece chicken nuggets and they forgot the sauce and the nuggets weren’t exactly what I would call fresh. They were warm but they were also dried out. Pay attention to your holding times and that won’t happen. They were edible but they would have been a lot better if they were fresh. Everything else was great which is why I gave them a four-star review
