This location needs a remodel. I have gone here several times. The last two times my order was wrong. While I was in line, I saw others bring their food back and even overheard a call when someone was complaining about their order. That’s the biggest problem I can see. Overall, food was tasty after my order was corrected.

When I got there, I ordered my food through drive-through and the cashier repeated my order back to me exactly. My issue comes into place here when I ask for the total and she caught an attitude with me and still didn’t give it to me. I get to the window and come to find out she never put my order in the system anyway so she has to take my order over all over again and here we are sure if he’s more order back to me and it was correct. Look at the receipt and everything is correct. And the issue comes to when I get my food. No bacon on the bacon cheeseburger or cheese, barely any fries, and a water down drink.

If I can give a lower rating I will. July 10th at 10:30pm. When I pulled up to the loud speaker I was greeted by a rude employee, as I placed my order, I was left with no response. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came back on. I then proceeded to pull up to the window, where there was another car in front of me waiting for there order. Once they left, I drove up to the window and no one ever came to the window, but I could hear them talking and laughing in the back enjoying not doing their job. Would not recommend stay away from this location.

The manager was far from being customer service oriented. Said she was busy and had no time to give me. I ordered online. The receipt was on my phone with the address and stire numbet.I even received a thank you email from Burger King with the receipt attached. She did not even look at the phone receipts. The Drive-thru employee was very nice and tried to help.

I ordered the Impossible burger, This was the worst burger I have ever had. The patty was crunchy and hard. OVERKILL on the mayonnaise. To the point all i could taste was mayo and crunchy stuff. Very poor.

This store is so dated and just grossly dirty around the whole store. Idk know about inside but from what I saw thru the window, it looked just as nasty. The windows themselves were filthy, there were handprints all over them, clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. Trash everywhere outside & 2 stray dogs hanging around. With the attacks on ppl from stray dogs in the Birmingham area the last few months, it gave me pause. The service wasn’t bad, per se, but the couple of times I’ve been there, its always just a stank attitude like we are lucky to be getting served. I make it a point to be kind, but firm. They gave me the wrong sauce after I asked to please make sure it was in the bag before being pulled up to wait on our food..no one was behind us or pulled up the entire forever it took to get it. At least it was hot. Don’t waste ur time here! Trash is the best description of this specific location smh do better BK

I went through the drive-thru, and the staff was friendly… the food was amazing… but the store is falling apart. These awesome employees need to be able to work in an environment that is safe and clean. If this is addressed, this place will be a 5 star all the way!

IT WAS THE MANAGER… Last night, they were only serving whoppers… tonight, I called to see if they were serving chicken… an angry employee chastised me for calling and threatened to hang up on me. When I explained why I was calling.. didn’t matter, I was yelled at again and told to go to KFC, Church’s, Etc. The employee wouldn’t give me his name and then he hung up on me. I will reach out to corporate.

This is the BEST Burger King that I have ever eaten at. My husband & I try to go about 1x per week while we are in the area. The service very good. The guys in the solid black shirts do their job very well. They are so friendly, and accommodating….it’s good to experience that kind of kindness, time after time again. I wish I knew their names but the guy with the long locs & the guy with the shorter hair that I see helping in every area should be highly rewarded. We savor that BK flavor so this is our spot! (Sorry! It rhymed)

Took over a half hour to get my order. There were only 5 cars in the line. The hash browns were burnt up. As much as I love the crasandwich, I won’t deal with that BK again.
