First, 2 stars overall is low based on my experience. Food was normal BK food. Service was pretty quick at 6:00 am. Order was accurate. Price was not outrageous for an airport. Grease may have needed changing the day before, only complaint I got.

It was an average Burger King experience, they have order kiosks that were pretty straightforward. It was a pretty average wait time, I think I had my food in 10 minutes or less. It was pretty busy when I was there and a lot of people were complaining about buying large drinks but being told later that they didn’t have any large drink cups (the downside to the order kiosk). If you are in a hurry or want a large drink, I’d probably go somewhere else but it was pretty decent food & didn’t cost much. The lady working was nice and got my order correct. The chicken fries were very good!

Took 42 minutes to make a whopper. Tables were all covered in sticky stuff and trash on the ground. They were out of Mr Pibb and got my order wrong….after 42 minutes.

I have been to this particular one multiple times and it’s always the same story. Ordered at a kiosk because no one came up to take an order. Waited 20 minutes while an employee sat at one of the tables watching me. They had my $, no one was cooking my food. The attitude I received when the person who was supposed to be cooking came back from whatever they were doing in the airport and the argument the one who was sitting and the one who was exploring had in front of me was absolutely ridiculous. They are supposed to be open but they aren’t. They told me to come back in about 4 to 10 min and they would be ready. When I went back and started to order from the kiosk the manager immediately told me I shouldn’t order because the eggs wouldn’t be ready for another 10min. I said well if I place my order that works my order should be the first up. Then she says we’ll it won’t be ready until another 15min. I asked, is it 10 or 15 minutes. She grudgingly said 15 minutes. I started to place my order for bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and the guy in the back said they’re out of bacon…GEESH I smiled and politely walked away to give this lovely review. Having this Burger King in the airport with a 1.8 Google review is a reputational risk.

If you’re hungry and have to board at gate(s) C1-C6, get your food before coming down this way.

The absolute worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at any airport food establishment. My order took over 15 minutes, their were employees just walking around as if there were no line. Everyone was complaining about the wait time then when I did get my chicken sticks they were cold. i mentioned this to the server and she said she could make some more but it would be a while. Never again…

On December 22, 2023 at 1:26pm by TIERRA I ordered our food at the Birmingham airport. I expected a higher price BUT I paid $18 for the same order that costs me $8 at our neighborhood Burger King. We get great food, awesome service and it is clean. I am sorry but I can’t say anything nice about my experience there. I am 81 years old and use a cane. First I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me because I was told to use the pay station and order on it before she went back in the back. When another employee coming back from break asked if I was waited on and I said no, so she told her and she Came out and I paid and she filled my order. After getting to our gate I think was 22 but not far we started to eat the fries that were cold and way to much salt. I threw over half of mine away but my husband at 87 ate his. Then I started to eat my Jr Whopper and after a couple bites mine was pink in the middle and I looked at his and he was picking pieces off that were over done. We go to ours here and others and have never had this kind of an experience I hope you do some training about these problems and hope that it doesn’t happen to others. It is sad that some of this has happen to others by your reviews that I should have read before ordering.

If you can’t order online, at least ensure the screens work, one was completely out and the other kept giving guests an error
