I stopped by this place to get food. Brought it home, my mother takes a bite. Realizes has Mold on it. Lady replaces it after I go back and show Her. Then she gives us two more free the next day. Well, me and my mother have been in the hospital now for 3 days with food poisoning from this place. We will no longer be going to this place And will be informing everyone to not go as well.

Stopped here briefly by myself. Totally empty except for the workers. Very clean fries were hot, employees helped me with directions I had been driving from ar. To al. They helped me with directions . Very nice. Then I was back on the rd.

I stood in this store for 15 minutes and not another person was inside. (Neither customers or staff). I called the phone number but no one came out of the restroom to get that either. I found 3 employees in the dumpster area as I was leaving to inform them they lost a customer for at least a year. This location is notoriously slow but this was ridiculous!

Long wait time for our food, the restaurant doesn’t use the paper placemats on the food trays like most other fast food restaurants, fries spilled out on the tray who knows if the tray had been cleaned since the last time it was used. The drink machine was out of Coke. No salt or pepper available in the dining area

I have given this place 7 chances because I love supporting local businesses and I’m done! They have messed up my order multiple times every visit. Tonight I ordered a rodeo KING combo and the picture shows what I received. A rodeo king is supposed to have 2 patties, with double cheese, bacon, mayo, bbq, and onion rings. They messed up my drinks and didnt even have change to give back! They always close early. The attitudes are rude. Evening crew is worse than the morning crew. This place NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP! I’ve noticed less and less people in the parking lot. That alone speaks volumes. This place SUCKS! I see bankruptcy in their future if corporate doesn’t step in and fix their numerous problems.

We was in there Friday 1/6/23 about 11:40. The young man was taking care of the drive thru and the dinning area. The young lady was taking care of the back. The service was very good, the food was hot. Well done to you both.

Love this place. Always clean. Very friendly people. Service is fast and the food is great. And the people even interact and go around to see if everything is up to par. I have to say this is one of the great ones. Not always getting service like this anymore. Will always chose here no matter how far the drive. The service is too good to go anywhere else.

Had a super simple order. Just mayo, lettuce and add cheese on the original chicken sandwich. The sandwich already comes with may and lettuce. So why is its so difficult for the person preparing the food to read your screen, especially when im the only customer here? What were you doing that you didn’t hear my order through the headset? Much less to hear the order taker repeat my order which included cheese? The girl that was rude who gladly charged me for my cheese heard the order. Needless to say after I was forced to pull up so they could bring my food out, which I don’t understand because only 1 vehicle pulled in behind me. Not really sure why I had to pull up to recieve cold sandwiches and fries with no receipt and no napkins. Very ridiculous considering the cost I paid for this meal.
