Idk who was working when all these other people wrote these low reviews, but my time here was immaculate. I was there past noon and later in the day at around 6:30 on November the 2nd. Both times was when there were the same three guys working there, and they were amazing. As a trucker, people like these guys are the reason I choose Burger King over other fast food places where I go. I almost always have the same order at fast food places, which includes wanting no sauces, lots of extra lettuce, onion, and pickle on my burger. Which I rarely have people who actually care for the customer enough to honor such a request. People like these guys are what earns fast food joints long term customers. They earned a tip, and if I were in charge I’d give them a raise, will definitely come here whenever I drive back in town.

I didn’t see the guys name tag but I came here 2 days in a row and I love how he made my sandwiches. It wasn’t sloppy and very well prepared, you don’t find too many places with workers that care about serving fresh food and I eat out often so I just wanted to let this place know to give that short guy with 2 earrings a raise. He is well appreciated ✨

If you’re looking to use your app DONT go here. Woman cashier was very rude when I asked about their mobile ordering being down and that they don’t use the app. Good is decent, I’ve had way better burger king.. save your time and go somewhere else.

This Burger King is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, AL, off the I-65. As far as Burger King goes, the food was actually quite good. As well the staff was extremely polite and very efficient. It took less than 2-4 minutes once I ordered my food to settingdown at a table ready to eat. Enjoy and safe travels.

My wife and I use coupons. Went into Burger King and presented my coupon for two whopper meals for $14.49. I was told BK no longer accepts coupons since the truck stop bought them out. Not wanting to pay $12 each we walked out. I would suggest not stopping at this truck stop for food. Also, their gas is always 15 to 25 cents higher. Go elsewhere.

I was unable to place my order becuz the cashier/server Kept having conversations issues with the people. She knew that was in front of me. They kept talking and laughing and conversating. I will stand in there patiently in line for a long time. Waiting to place my order so I can head back to work. So I mentioned and asked can you please hold the conversations? I have to go back to work, please.
She got so mad. She went ahead and completed their orders instead of getting right to me. At least taking my order knowing that I still had to wait for my order to be prepared. She commenced too getting their cups to them. They’re water to them, sacking up another order. And I could understand those orders were before me. But why wasn’t this important enough? For you to stop conversating and get all of this done.She never said anything else to me.She just went doing other stuff.So at that point I just went across and got a slice.Of pizzand which I did not need being.I’m watching my Cholesterol.
I learned later it Would have been a waste of time because Burger King does not sell the grilled wraps anymore.Anyway, very rude customer service.

Came in on today on Fathers day, during business. Employee would not take my order just ignored me and continued to wrap up food. I asked if they were open, she said no. They open at 6am according to Google and 24hrs according to the TA app
