Do not go. 15 mins to order. One person ahead of me. Clerk said she would be back. Ordered
20 mins never got meal. I asked for refund & left.
Ordered hamburger meal & fish . Lady at desk said sorry only here 2’days. After 15 minutes, the lady cooking came to the counter. I asked, “Why is it taking so long?” Her response was, “Have you ever been to Disneyland? It’s busy.” I said, “This is Burger King. People who drove up got meals faster.” “Sorry,” she said, “we will never go there.”

I haven’t had BK in years, mostly because they’re unfortunately not in my vicinity. I have to go out of my way. This BK smelled exactly like it smelled 15+ years ago, my childhood happiness flourished. I went inside, ordered like an adult, waited, not long later I got my food. I’m happy. Really happy. Thank you to all the workers there for caring.

Well, I never! I drove all the way down to the Burger King on Main Street because the television said the Whopper was on sale, but it was a total fiasco. I had to wait nearly fifteen minutes while the young man at the counter played with his telephone, and when I finally got my sandwich, it was stone cold and the bun was tougher than my Sunday shoes. To make matters worse, the music was blaring so loud I couldn’t even hear myself think, let alone enjoy my meal. Back in my day, a dollar got you a hot meal and a polite smile, but I suppose those days are long gone.

Went there with coupons I literally JUST got in the mail and I was told by the person taking my order that they were not working i asked to speak to the manager bc surely she could over ride it in the system and nope! She couldn’t do anything about it … I was calm and nice and asked if I could speak with the regional manager since this was going to be a huge issue for them they need to be aware of the issue I was told she would not give me the number that if I wanted it I would have to place an order and it prints out on the receipt I thanked them for trying to help and walked out the supervisor on duty (older lady with blond hair) had horrible attitude the only reason I tried to go in there was to use the coupon since in my opinion it has become over priced for what they offer and with the coupon it’s a fair price unfortunately this is NOT the first time ive had to walk out of this store about 2 months ago I went in and placed an order they took for 20 mins for a simple order nobody was moving or working I witness several people ask for their money back and they wouldn’t do it but orders were taking forever!! I left without food and without refund I had to get to work and wasn’t going to argue but this is insane!!! Someone needs to really look into this store they need to do better

…. It’s Burger King. It’s Burger King. It seems to be good, probably cause you’re just wanting something to eat. I feel like it’s the healthier of fast food because of the flame… but who knows? & here’s the thing… with all that.. you walk in the door & the employees look at you like… “dam, another one!” & they don’t say hello, hope you doing, we’ll be right with you… nothing! This particular bk did just that. So don’t expect any grand welcome, cause it’s not your rules. Get it?

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Me and my autistic brother went to Burger King for a nice lunch but it turns out we waited almost an hour for a hard burger !!! I am as upset as anyone can be, do better and justice for Kerry!!!

I had my order made wrong the other day and the manager Jennifer was so kind and sweet and also very understanding for what happened, and she took care of my situation of the order that was made wrong but she was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her only! She is awesome.

Had a really nasty experience with a cashier named Berlin. She was really obnoxiously loud and gave me an attitude for no discernible reason. Her quality of service was also just really effecting my experience, she had like no sense of urgency and didnt give me the right change. Food was ok

Wow. Super Burger King fail. After driving to the store closest to us, I was told in the drive thru that they were out of burgers. So I drove another 3 miles to another store, where I waited 10 minutes with only 3 cars at the store, to get a sad “double cheeseburger”, which was a single tiny patty, slightly larger than a quarter, but charged for double. Disappointed to say the least. Just wanted a quick good burger after a long day.
