Went there at night during my break. Both Managers laughing, hanging out. Passed me by 2 maybe 3 times without acknowledging me as a Customer.
Guess Customer Service Etiquette is no longer in Burger King’s Job description for Employees. Especially, ladie’s tie wearing managers..
After 6 minutes of watching them joke around near the drive thru window… I said to myself: “You know what? They’ll Never Ignore me at Mc Donalds! Plus the Fries are better, service is quick & pleasant.”
And I left.
If there was a lower scale to downgrade & give 10 negative stars…. I definitely would! But one would suffice for now…

My brother and I usually go to this location, however there’s a lady that runs the window who is absolutely infuriating to deal with whenever she’s there. She switches languages mid order, gets them wrong, asks people to reset their cars at the window so she can make better times on the charts, is not professional at all – there was a time we pulled up and she was on the phone with someone while handling food. This time she forgot an entire meal and tried to argue with us.. we’ve learned our lesson and requested a receipt before she handed us the bag so there was proof of purchase. In the end, it’s burger king, the foods quality is consistent and enjoyable, the service is just getting worse as time goes on.

We have a black family of 8. We were traveling. Our 6 kids were hungry and patiently waiting. We homeschool so our kids are well mannered and cheerful. I am disabled.

When my husband went to the register at around 9 pm on 2/6/2026 to order the food, the staff looked at him, turned away and ignored him completely. Not one word was said to him. The staff did not feel like working and making anything for a family this size.

My husband then walked away and told us that we will find another place to eat. My husband and I were so offended. We wanted to cuss those people out so bad but we are Christians and teaching the kids how NOT to act.

We left and went to McDonald’s.

The dining room was closed an hour after it should have been open. I’m not being mean but the girl who finally took my order at the drive-thru literally didn’t speak enough English to understand that I was trying to do an app order. She couldn’t explain if the store was open. She couldn’t understand what I was trying to order. If it wasn’t for the app I literally would not have gotten food at all.

The worst experience thus far in burger King franchise. Close at 10:00pm and refuse to even be acknowledge upon entrance at around 8:45pm. I assume they were to close to closing after a few minutes of being ignored I decide to take the hint and left. It would of been decent to simply state their lobby was closed but to simply ignore customer was unprofessional at its worse.

Tried to order in the drive thru and the person taking my order couldn’t understand English, speak English. Had to stay in the drive thru line because there is no bypass. Don’t waste your time here unless you speak good Spanish.

I went through the drive thru to place an order and then another car pulled into the next lane and they said hello to me then changed lanes and took the next persons order and I drove up and told them they skipped me and that I needed to place my order. They rolled their eyes at me and closed the window WORST SERVICE EVER and why did it take 30 minutes for them to even say hello

A one star is still way too much!! The service was horrible as was the food. They gave me a taco that seem to be sitting there all day. The only fresh item was the fries. They took 15 minutes to take my order and there was no line. The cashier was new and didn’t know too English ‍♀️

Very upset by the quality of food. Ordered a simple breakfast biscuit and I received a very dark, hard as a rock biscuit with egg and sausage that tasted like it sat out all night . Low customer service
