I’m the type of person to go out of my way for only positive reviews. I never leave negative ones but for this place I will go out of my way to say IT IS THE WORST! For absolutely no reason. I give it a chance every few months and for YEARS it has been consistently awful. I have no idea how they’re still in business. Writing this as I’m throwing my breakfast in the trash bc it is too greasy to eat.. Literally dripping with oil and bread is soggy from it. BARF.

The drive through took 25 min!!!! This location does not follow the current trend of pull forward to a designated wait spot for larger orders with longer wait times. It needs to!! The worse part was the food was terrible. Not just cold (I had placed a mobile order) but gross. The lettuce was brown. The chicken was rubbery. Very disappointed.

Probably the worst Burger King I have ever been to. You can never get your food in less than 20 minutes. I just waited 31 minutes for two whopper juniors with only two cars in the drive-through and one person in line in front of me. You will always wait at least 20 minutes for your food, even when they are not busy. Food is always mediocre at best. It has never changed in the last nine years always slow always understaffed a great example of terrible ownership.

I tried to go inside to order but no one even acknowledged my daughter and I existed. It seemed very poorly maintained so maybe people aren’t really even supposed to go inside. I just figured since they always forget part of our order when we go in the drive through that ordering inside would be better. But they’re obviously not equipped for that service either.

Every time i go through the drive thru lately, I get home and discover my order is wrong. Today it was at least enough items but my expensive sandwich was replaced by gross cheap sandwich. The time before that no nuggets. The time before that missing a sandwich. The time before that….you get the idea. So either someone doesn’t eat (not really a plan) or I have to drive back over there and then they’ll say something like, oh did you forget your nuggets? No! I didn’t forget them but when the two year old is screaming in the backseat and we’re sitting waiting for fresh nuggets i didn’t think I should have to check if they were in the bag. So now I count the items before I leave. But since I’m getting the wrong food all together am I supposed to unwrap each item before I leave or are you going to start paying for my gas to come back every single time?

Patty for the whopper jr was so small. Must have been burnt the chicken fries burnt the fries were okay but that’s it. Everyone’s cussing one of the kids was vaping walking towards the counter. There was an actual puddle by the front door and when I pointed it out the girl sucked her teeth and out a wet floor sign over it didn’t even mop it up. I should have taken pictures but I was so upset I waisted 30 minutes waiting on an order with three items I just wanted to leave. Don’t believe me next time you think about the drive through take a step inside it’s a joke. Will not be going back.
