The food was great, service was great but the manager’s behavior was what made the atmosphere not good. Her behavior was nonconductive to what a manager should be doing to teach her employees how things should be done. Not only that, but she was extremely loud and made sure that everyone in the restaurant heard her comments on multiple occasions. I feel that she doesn’t follow the Golden Rule, which is you should treat others the same way you would want to be treated yourself.

The food is always fresh and delicious- when they’re actually serving. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone even asking me to please hold on, which I would understand. Just kind of upset I wasted gas and precious time- I have a long drive home most nights and wasting my time being ignored in a drive thru is not super awesome. The person before AND after me were at least spoken to. I was not acknowledged at all. Extremely disappointed. Went to Domino’s across the way instead. HIRE MORE STAFF AND STAFF YOUR WEEKEND SHIFTS BETTER PLEASE.

This place is Awesome now that the new management has taken over! The food is hot and fresh! The crew and managers are fast and friendly, you don’t have to hear and see the manager doing nothing but barking orders at the crew members that couldn’t careless about the food or customers anymore! Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back!

My daughter and I stopped by here after visiting a friends house and they were so friendly. I noticed there was a homeless person outside and one of the employees or managers offered him a drink and something to eat! I was so happy he did that! I just had to post a review and make sure his kindness didn’t go unnoticed.

Hands down the WORST!!!! Out of all the fast food places I’ve been this particular Burger King is the king of most terrible food I’ve ever wasted money on. Rock hard bun, nuggets were soggy and had a weird taste to them. Overall presentation looked like they threw the ingredients to my order in a bag, shook it up, and handed to me with a smile…..hope corporate comes and scrapes the entire thing or at the very least a bulldozer.

They’ve gotten better since the new ownership has taken over. This used to be the spot to stay away from but it’s been a typical fast food joint the last few times I’ve gone there recently. Nothing special but get your food in and out reasonably quick. It’ll be interesting to see if Wendy’s gives them any competition since this has been the only fast food on Toledo blade for years.
