Who owns this place and how do you get a compliant to corporate? This is completely unacceptable.
Oh my goodness
I was enjoying my burger but it kept tasting burnt… by the end I couldn’t swallow another bite. I got sick within 10 min of finishing.
I love Burger King so I drove 30 min to get there. I had to pick up the kid at school or I would have went back in person.
You know the person making this CLEARLY saw how burnt it was.
When a place makes me physically ill, they’ll not get a 2nd try.
Someone needs a new job.

Kelly was all by herself on the drive-thru. Her attitude to keep it all together was great And to deal with mayhem with all the cars and keeping cool under pressure. She definitely deserves a raise!

I was on my way back to Sarasota from a day in Nokomis on the 11th with the intention of going to Casey Key and asked the Uber to get through the drive thru and order my usual at the chain. I started eating the half half onion rings and french fries in the car and then left the impossible whopper to eat at home. When I get home all my food fell out because the paper bag was probably hastedly put together. I had to throw away the fries and onion rings. I don’t think I will ordering through the drive thru here again.

This is the dumbest thing a fast food chain has ever done…. You have 2 windows and 1 person working both windows and the front counter. She at the front counter taking orders, runs to the drive through window to take my CC, and then runs to the other window to give me food…… the manager here is next level duh. Never coming here again.

The service was friendly and the 7 dollar meal was phenomenal. Freshly made and we ate in. Added bonus: the restrooms were clean and smells nice, that was unexpected. Overall great experience at this location.

This location is very clean, I guess because it’s new- I had always have a great experience here and food is always hot but last Sunday the gentlemen who was running the front was kind of out of control first when I wanted to order he said “ you have no idea how it is to be here, I’m stuck here on Sunday”.
I noted and sat to eat and then you could hear him literarily screaming to the back connecting with another workers. He used profanities few times. He was talking so loud that you were able to hear him in the back where we sat.
I. Not a stranger to a profanity but it was bad to hear it here at a business, open to public, kids could come in any time. Older ladies were sitting there eating lunch. I just thought I would bring it to the management’s attention. I’m sure you’ll be able to figure out who that person was. Not good for business. He was truly out of control

Literally everytime i get delivery from this location something is messed up or missing. If i go through drive thru it takes at least 15 min average. Big reason why I’ve had BK only 3 times this year. My orders are not anything complicated at all i just think they don’t care.

A couple of weeks prior, placed order and continued through the process…each car taking 5.6.7 minutes each to process. Then a 5 minute delay with no movement…and I left (still 3-4 cars back.) Returned a couple of weeks later…only car in drive-thru. Got to pay window. “Stay here” was the order. Did so. Minute or so later paid, but asked if I would like a paper “crown”. Really? Very creepy (65 yr old man here, by himself, no grandkids in tow) pulled to delivery window…got order, told “You rule” …creepy volume part two…is this corporate BS or a franchisee who is missing a point? Shall never return.

Whoever your night crew is at the nokomis location, they need raises. Immediately. They are the best! So fast! Made sure our jalapeño bites were fresh. 5 stars across the board. I didn’t catch his name but he had glasses lol thanks guys!
