I my self had no problems other than the long wait but, I understand. They had only one guy taking orders and preparing food for walk-ins. 3 other people for like drive thru ♀️ I feel bad but they are doing the best they can with no employees.
I will say that while sitting here a total of 3 people came from the drive thru to correct their orders. guess the 3 ppl working on drive thru were doing it wrong.
No complaints for the one guy on the walk ins.

This place has gone downhill. Especially the food and workers. Dont you dare go at night its even worst. They think there slick cleaning everything early and telling customers there not serving things that should be available. Serving nasty fries as well cold as ever. If your not going to do your job right get a new job. Waited forever for cold food. This place used to be good. Don’t waste your money.

Went after seeing a movie at the theater. I was served by Quavian. He was making the food fresh and I so appreciate it! I could tell he was working hard and he had a pleasant demeanor about him even late at night and while being busy. He made sure I had the right order and that the order was hot and fresh! Impressed by his work ethic, I asked him for his name so I could encourage him on this review. Thank you for working hard Quavian and for making my after movie, late night meal the best in a long time! I’ll definitely be back!!

Good was mid at best, burger king has gone downhill over the years for sure. But it’s quick and close to work. But I don’t think I’ll be making this my first choice for lunch when I’m in a hurry.

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at Burger King, and after this visit it’ll be longer. Service was extremely slow, even though we saw 5 employees behind the counter and no one else in the dining room. Every table was dirty, as was the floor. Food was sub-par, with chunks of lettuce on the Whopper. Fries were luke warm. Guess we’ll be going back to McDonald’s.

I did a mobile order so I assumed that it would be a smooth order. I get to the drive-thru there’s a couple of cars in the Drive-Thru the car in front of me goes ahead so I get to the speaker there’s two cars in the other lane their order gets taken before I even get to tell them I just have a mobile order. And of course I’m a little frustrated but no big deal so I get to the window and the young lady asked me the name for the order again and I provided to her, and I was like hey are you guys aware that you know you skipped two cars ahead of me and she says I apologize I have dyslexia when the first drive-thru goes off at beeps once when the second drive through goes off it beeps twice so I just thought that I only heard it beep once. Okay no problem, she starts to hear me my bag of food and then tells me my drinks are on the way, I get my iced coffee and I wait a second cuz the window closed to see if she’s going to give me my sweet tea and she doesn’t come back. Then I pull around the little curve, cuz there’s a door right there and it’s locked. SMH now I got to drive all the way around park the car get out the car and ask for my sweet tea, and as I do that I go into the store there’s another lady at the counter waiting for help and I apologize and I say hey can I get my drink from the drive-thru, they didn’t even have it made so they had to make it. But what really put me across the top was on my mobile order I made sure I put light ketchup light mustard light mayonnaise and I open up my sandwich to literally see it all busted out onto the wrapper.

WTH happened to this place?! Worst BK around. Went in for lunch had to wait about 20 minutes just to order. Took, what i assume was the manager, about 45 minutes to count drawers. Food was some how cold. Totally unprofessional staff, include MOD, with her kid in the lobby. Poor kid must’ve been there for hours! Weird altercation with a staff member. One poor guy waited so long he just had to get a refund and leave. Then manager comes out and his scolding her crew for the food build up but yet there is none to bag it. Shame this one has gone down hill.

Every single time we order from this location something is always wrong with our order. We only ever order online and there is never anybody else in line! So tell me how they manage to always forget items or get them wrong!?! Also they never even start our order until we pull up even when nobody else is there. Just today we ordered and they forgot our side of onion rings and a large coke and a chocolate Oreo shake. She hands us our food and immediately leaves so we didn’t even get to tell her she forgot half our order until she finally decided to come back and see why we hadn’t left. When she returns with our drinks they gave us the wrong shake but we ended up just leaving. This happens every single time we order from this location and they never offer refunds only “credit for your next order” that expires by the time we decide we could try ordering from here again.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time my fiance sat in the drive thru for an hour to get not only cold food but also items left out of his bag that he ordered!! Im sorry but it does not take an hour to make a sandwich some fries and a couple wraps….do better!!
