Horrible people horrible food.
I enter thinking to use the restroom (emergency) and then order an hamburger, I found 2 bathrooms both locked, I asked for the keys, I was told they are both out of service. I insisted. After 3 denials and my insistence I have being told it is only for customers. Thats not a problem you could have told me so from the beginning. I order an hamburger and finally could use the restroom.
Then I had my hamburger.. this is it… they call this a Big Cheeseburger, see the picture and decide by yourself.

So much better than McDonalds near me! Staff is friendly, smiling, ready to take care of you. Unlike the gruff treatment I got at that other place! The food was good and it was hot. I also got to place my order with a human! That was one of the biggest pluses. I hate going to the kiosk to order at, well you know. The old saying Burger King had years ago “Have it your way” is still how they do business. I’ll be back.

I never use a public restroom. This day was an emergency. The filthiest women’s restroom I have ever seen. Dirty beyond description and no toilet paper. Thank goodness I always have wipes in my purse. I just couldn’t make myself eat here ,wondering how filthy the kitchen must be.

They never mess up on taking the orders or give out the wrong food. Would definitely recommend eating here over the other places in St Pete.
Super friendly night crew, Manager completed all my special requests and also had no problem with me wanting the fries off fryer.
Don’t remember his name but it says Mathew was on the front counter register. This was at 8PM on March 2nd if you could give props to whoever was on that shift Great atmosphere and they seem to get along great.

Almost all employees except the manager need to retake whatever customer service training they’ve had, if any at all. Always takes 5-10 minutes before someone even comes to the register to talk, no greeting they all just ignore you and walk back n forth 50 times while you stand there confused. I can’t imagine acting like that at any job, a little “excuse me I’ll be with you in a second” goes a long way, the wait alone makes it even more not worth it tho. You guys could take some notes from Hardee’s next door there customer service is always amazing and quick, I believe they genuinely care about their customers experience unlike Burger King.

So I went to this location because it’s the closest to my job I’m very disappointed though. I spent $20 on the SpongeBob Collab. I didn’t get a box for the the bacon tots that I guess are supposed to represent Mr. crabs and second of all there’s no toy in my box so I just spent $20 for a box whoppers and a drink and a pie. I’m calling and calling and calling the location no one picks up the phone. I can’t go all the way back cause I got to my job so I’m very very disappointed.

Its a simple request to not have any onions or pickles on my sandwich but whenever I get it there is always onions and pickles on it. The grill team need to read the receipts and make it accordingly.
