Food was good, just a needed relief when we couldn’t sell all our records, my sis liked the single Spongebob meal items, the pie n patty, cuz they sold out on bundles. and the traditional BK crown for bday kiddos kitted up in that new SB movie.

Opening day was great. Took a few minutes to get inside and order. Could have used kiosks or order directly to a cashier. Quickly ordered a Whataburger and a Bacon Whataburger with fries and 2 drinks. Selected a table and waited about 2 minutes to be served. That was fast service with a smile. It was crowded but controlled. The food was great. Brought back great memories. Haven’t had a Whataburger in years. It was great, very filling and tasted great. Didn’t realize how much I missed that great taste. Glad they’re building a restaurant near my home. I’ll be visiting it soon and often.

My recent Burger King visit was a bit disappointing due to an unpleasant drive-thru cashier. I forgot to give my points code at the speaker, and when I tried to at the window, she seemed annoyed and told me it should have been done at the speaker. It made me feel like I was making her job more miserable, Could someone elaborate on the complexity involved in acquiring the code?

Two days ago I stopped at this Burger King for an ice cream cone that cost 74 cents with tax. I waited almost five minutes until someone took my order. One employee stood around near the counter with a grumpy look on his face. Finally after I handed the cashier a dollar bill, she only gave me a quarter in change. I’ve seen this happen many other times at this and other Burger Kings (this was long before the government announced they weren’t making any more pennies). A cashier should be mindful to give customers all the change due to them regardless of the amount. When I asked for my penny, she replied, “We have no pennies.” Yet there was a donation box on the counter full of them. Had she apologized and offered to take one from there, I might have told her to forget about it. Instead, she had a snooty attitude that almost prompted me to ask for my dollar back and leave. I had another recent incident at this Burger King that was a turn off. Again, I stopped in for an ice cream cone but thought of buying more food. I changed my mind after hearing profanity-laced rap music playing where the employees work. If Burger King is supposedly to be a family-friendly restaurant, they should be cautious not to play offensive music that little children might hear. If I had kids, I definitely would not bring them here.

Clean BK Lounge with phenomenal customer service. The gentleman who served us from NY State was great to talk with and made you feel like you were in a 5 star restaurant. Also BK has the best breakfast for fast food. The King himself would be proud of this joint.

The customer service from Chyna was good, however the food was not good. I spent $30 for two meals and the sandwiches felt like they were made in the cooler. The meat was cold, cheese wasn’t melted at all, they were sloppy and thrown together. It was after 9:21 pm and no one in line , how come we couldn’t get fresh food? I guess we interrupted their shift because we were hungry. My last visit to this burger king!!! I gave it two stars only because the Customer service was decent.

Well, what can I say… I was just hungry and needed a quick meal, even though I typically don’t eat fast food. I ordered a combo meal with the Big Fish sandwich—and let’s just say, it reminded me why I avoid this kind of food. The fries were okay, but overall, not something I’d go back for anytime soon.

I have to say today was an unpleasant experience during my visit at this location. I pulled in to the drive thru on the right lane and after waiting 8 minutes I thought maybe someone is in the left lane to answer I pull into the left lane and waited another long time until a lady answered and said look at the menu please wait. The thing is I already did that, so now I’m waiting more longer than need be. I try and place my order and the lady was not friendly at all, I ordered a burger with lettuce cheese pickles ketchup only and received a burnt burger with a piece of bacon on there when I never asked for it. As a Muslim I feel this was done on purpose I felt perhaps the lady felt inconvenienced by me and as a joke or out of spite added this,

The girls that work there are very rude and they both have an attitude like we didn’t order an attitude and the manager was very rude and disrespectful we asked for our sauce and straws that they threw at us I will never come back to this one ever again and to top things off they were smoking weed and they was handling food without hair nets or gloves on and touching ur food
