Came Through Drive Through And They Forgot My Sandwich, So Had To Go Back. Got Home Just To Realize They Put Raw Bacon On My Sandwich.
I Called To Speak To A Rude Manager Who Immediately Started Getting Defensive Regarding This Clear Health Violation. She Hung Up The Phone Before I Could Continue Talking. So Currently On My Way For A Refund.
Then She Argues With Me The Entire Time I’m Inside The Store. She Wouldn’t Give Me A Refund Because I Didn’t Have The Receipt Even Though I Told her When I Was Originally There That I Didn’t Want It (Not Knowing I Would Have To Come Back).
WORST BURGER KING EVER. She Needs Fired!

3 times order was wrong. Staff always frown, do not engage with customers unless they are telling them their total. Place used to have great service and fries always hot. Now, fries are just warm. Love BK, not going back to this store until new ownership has taken over and instilled customer service.

These guys know me from the earlier Burger King. People in Irwin like to make friends. Be nice to everyone. Love is a fire, burns your community and burns ya back in joy. Love you Burger King Crew, told ya this on the intercom a few days ago. Thank you Burger King Corp too for not changing the flavor of a Whopper since the Early 80s. It’s a core memory of playing arcade games and having a Whopper. America is still America someplaces like Irwin BK.

Placed an order through the app to have my hubby pick up after work. He wasnt sure what i ordered so he asked at the window if there was a drink and they said no. Upon getting home I said there was. Looked at receipt there it was. I called the store and spoke to Dan. He said u can come back i said its late we didnt want to go back out. He replied in a nasty tone “well what do u want me to do deliver it to u?” I said no cant u just take my name and give me one next time? He responded “NO”. I said can I speak to the manager he said I am the manager. I said “wow really? Ok can I have the corporate number he said “u can find it online” and hung up on me. My husband called back and he hung up on him. Seriously this is how u treat ur customers. This is not how a manager should be talking to customers especially when someone pays for something they didnt get. This is why they are rated so low on Google reviews. U can do better, much better. Starting with your managers.

Very conveniently located. Be sure to download the Burger King app as there are some great deals to be had. 10 chicken nuggets, and French fries for $3. It sure beats paying full price. Ordering through the app makes things easy too. Also a good place for a bathroom break.

Had to go back in for my chicken, which they gave me a raw piece of bacon for. When asking for a refund the manager (assistant by the looks of her) decided to not refund me even though I was there not even 10 minutes prior. Also manager followed us out while insulting and mocking us. She needs fired.

Pretty chill location. I’ve never seen it busy here. All staff is super friendly, and my order has always been right. Seems to be issues with the soda machine a lot, but it always gets taken care of. There’s tons of seating, a TV, free wifi, and cardboard crowns for everyone! Plus the seating is open late, and the drive thru is 24 hours. Awesome!

Came in the morning for an emergency breakfast before work. Drive through was busy but fast and food was fresh. Decided to try them for lunch, No line at all. Ordered food, attendant was helpful, went pretty fast again. Nothing I ordered tasted right. Sprite was off, oreo shake tasted funny, fries were old/overcooked at 12pm, and the texas whopper i got was just bad. Meat tasted weird and sandwich itself wasn’t good. seemed like some random ingredients thrown together. I barely got halfway through the sandwich. I reiterate, the weren’t busy at all, the place was dead. I thought that was weird and now I know why.
