Hold up to the drive through speaker and there’s no response. The first time I drove through second time just because this thing, cars in the parking lot. I’d ride through again. So she comes on this speaker and says, I’m not accepting orders no reason, no explanation and rude as hell and it definitely says, you’re open till one o’clock am so whats the deal Arby’s get yours workers under control they apparently have better things to do then the job they are there for smh horrible service need new employees to be honest

I used mobile app for 2 cheese burgers. The lady at drive thru was very pleasant during my 20 min wait. The Burger- I could have made it better with with my eyes closed. The presentation of these cheese burgers was a Cheese, Ketchup, Mustard Disgrace. District Manager needs to address the very slow long wait anytime I have come here and who is Cooking this food

After having a difficuly time ordrring, they either couldnt do or make what we asked for, or it would be a 10 minute wait for our secondary choices, we settled on waiting, and the food didnt even feel as if it was fresh made. The veggies on our burgers were wilted and soggy…Drive through had no pennies which is fine with the new currency adjusting however insread of giving me the 90 cents when my change should have been 89, he only gave me 85 cents and was very quick to dismiss his rounding error. This is simple elementary rounding and i was very put off by his dismissive attitude.
Overall i left very unimpressed by both the serving and kitchen staff. Disappointing food, disappointing staff, overall I’ll just go to another location.

Every time I try to give yall a chance the food is nasty soggy under cook not fresh went to purchase something today spend $5 free burger I said no pickles I get home sandwich soggy taste like from the freezer and has pickles clearly this food was not made fresh and oh my my nuggets no where near crispy soggy sad nuggets.

Last time I went to this Burger King was about a year and a half ago and the service was horrible. However I went the other night and the manager tatyana which is also my name was super sweet the food was fresh and she even made sure everything was correct definitely going back. I have had 2 interactions with Devante the shift manager. He was very rude this morning when I came to the restaurant location this morning to fix an order from the previous day.A female manager simply asked if I come back the next day.She can help me out. She wasn’t there this morning.He asked me a few questions seemed confused, walked away.Started to communicate with another employee about the truck, not too friendly, but didn’t help the front desk.Cashier ended up helping me out, my office that I work out of is directly down the street from this location came back for lunch went through drive through drive through forgot to give me napkins, i grabbed napkins from the inside and proceeded to order me a small fry to add to my order.The drive through assistant looked at me and asked the manager, am I being assisted.He said he doesn’t know me.I figure he was being rude with his energy from this morning, he then turns around and tells me takes my order.I notify him that I did not need a bag.Just hand me my fries because I have a bag in my car, as he’s telling me that he cannot just hand the fry over the counter without it being in a bag, I start to understand what he said.He then said he would never serve me, it was his first time serving me.I called back to the location to ask for a higher up contact.So that I can make my complaint to a higher up a superior of his. I asked for the manager’s phone number.He said, I am the manager, I asked for a superior of his contact information.He says, i’m the store manager.I said, okay, can you please give me anyone?That’s over you contact information.He says i’m the store manager.

Horrible customer service, long wait time, high prices and really not that great of food. It was sloppily put together falling apart when you open it all that and they only put half the food I ordered in the bag I was giving having to wait more time for them to finish the rest of my order you would think shloud have been right the first time.

Understaffed!!! We went there before 9pm and they stated they are closing soon because it is just 2 people in. Had no chicken items, had ran out completely. Asked for Sprite and were given regular sparkling water (soda) and for a new one because they made a mistake and second drink was still not sprite.
Were not given any napinks any condiments !!!!
