The guy who took my order was nice and pleasant, even though it was busy with the lunch crowd. Unfortunately, my Impossible Whopper was a bit burnt. The wait was so long to get it, I didn’t have time to complain for another. I do like that Burger King offers the Halfsies. It’s half onion rings and half fries. I was going to order both but it was a better price and just the right amount with the halftime. I will not return.

Food was surprisingly Fresh and the young man with the turquoise braids at the Drive-thru was such a sweetheart! Very polite and made sure my food was fresh! He needs a promotion!

I went to this neighborhood restaurant to get something quick through the drive thru for croissants only egg and cheese and a small order of hash browns. 1 croissant was left out of my order. I called back and the manager told me to come back but I couldn’t until the next day. When I went back it was again through the drive thru. I was told that I had to come inside. I am disabled and was alone. I did not have a walker with me because once I get home my daughter can help me. So they can’t give me my money back or a croissant unless I walk inside. Make it easier. I worked at that store for years and. We only had people come in during rush periods.

This is the WORST location EVER!! I waited 10.minutes at front counter to order for 5 of those minutes I was not acknowledged. Finally I was told that the manager with the key card was nowhere to be found when actually she was outside smoking in a truck and playing tag with another car parked next to the truck. After the employee went outside to get the card my order was taken. The manager finally decided to come assist the crew with the line of cars and get orders out however when she came back in the building she NEVER washed her hands and proceeded to expedite food orders and make fries. She was very rude and of course had an attitude with customers inquiring about missing food. Needless to say I HATE THIS LOCATION. They need to shut it down or start over and properly train EVERYONE INCLUDING MANAGERS on CUSTOMER SERVICE, SAFESERV, AND HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY SO THEY MIGHT HAVE A PAYCHECK AND A JOB!

Horrible experience. The manager is so unprofessional. Missing food . I had 2 people taking my order at the same time. The cashier was so impatient and lacked customer service (black tie possibly a manager)
I asked an employee for extra mayo packets and ketchup she gave me 9.mayo 8 ketchups.
The whoops arrived, was not properly wrapped, fries was not placed on dine in tray neat touching the edge of the tray usable the placement paper guards the tray. The bread on the sandwich was not fresh very old every touch it would break apart. Crispy hot longated fries was the best part of the meal followed by cold LG beverage even my dad’s sandwich spreaded apart the same way. He even said he would rather get his money back.

Employees are rude, business smells and looks unclean. Every time I order from here they make my food wrong, and I mean every single time. Food doesn’t taste good, soda is almost always flat. Whenever I order delivery they always forget something on top of the food always being made wrong.
I would never suggest this Burger King to anyone.
