This restaurant was very busy. I don’t think they have enough help here. The food was fine, but it took a long time to receive it. They have restrooms but they are locked. We waited a while for them to be vacated when we realized they only unlocked them upon request. There should be a sign stating that. I like the modern feel to the dining room.

Its Burger King. Are you really reading the reviews for 89yr old fast food chains? Just go there, expecting to get exactly what you normally get, and enjoy. The only thing that sets it apart from other BKs is the customer service, which was outstanding.

We ordered two meals at the drive thru. One of which was a #4. Asked for French toast to be extra crispy. They were a little undercooked so we asked that they give us ones that are cooked well and she said they did and insisted it would be the same if they prepared new ones. She end up doing it for us and it appeared to be better. Looks can be deceiving. Burger King must have changed something in their recipe. I’ve not had this issue before but it makes me wonder.

All the staff in this location are disgusting, they ALWAYS forget something in your order, the other they I bought Jalapeños and they didn’t put it, today I order Digital exclusive promo and they forgot put the jalapeños and the apple pie, because isn’t the first time I checked and the lady asked me ” WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ” Waiting my FULL ORDER, she was like a crazy, ” Don’t put the ticket in my face” I told her , you’re the one who grabbed the bag. Oh my god, If you don’t wanna work try to get another job , in general all the staff is the same. I didn’t get the name of the lady, but Burger King must check the terrible staff that run some location.

The manager served us a totally burnt bread and he blamed it on the toaster. He refused to give us a refund and claim we have ate more than half.
If we have found it this burnt, we would be very mad !

Twice I’ve been to this location and the staff has been unpleasant. Wasn’t even busy either times that I went. Second time that I have come here and food was missing from my order. Went back to the location and for one item it took about 20 minutes. Cashier inside was doing his best but the rest of the staff was unprofessional to say the least. Others cancelled their order when they could see how things were running. Can say it’s my last time coming to that location.

This establishment no longer give pennies back even though you’re owed. This is Corporate Stealing. Imagine not giving customers their correct change and 1.) Doesn’t compliment you with any kind of upgrade on meal size, 2.)Doesn’t upsize your change to equal 5 cents,
3.) Doesn’t post a sign to inform customers of this new policy. Imagine doing this to 500+ customers per day at every Burger King restaurant. Corporate Stealing.

The cashier at this location has the worst attitude I have ever experienced. He stands there looking angry at the world and acts like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason he has a job. When I placed my order, he immediately raised his voice and told me to speak up, as if I was the problem, instead of doing his job with basic professionalism. If someone is that miserable working with the public, they should not be in customer service. The behavior was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. The gentle is African American , tall but on the older side. Literally everytime I stop by the dude has an attitude. Horrible employee & you best believe I will never come back here

Wish I could give it no stars! Waiting on my bus at 6:40am and website says this location is open at 5am. Had to drive through TWICE before they came to the intercom. Woman says they not open yet. It’s 10 minutes to 6am mind you. Ask what time will they be open and she responds they’re gonna be late opening because they had to come in and do a little cleaning. So night shift didn’t clean? Tells us all we need to know. This is shameful and needs to be acknowledged by corporate smh.
