I ordered a jamocha shake. They gave me vanilla. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar meal with extra cheese and mozzarella sticks. I got fries and the roast beef came in a box with one slice of cheese and no bun or any other cheese sauce or the ketchup sauce. Im absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I cant believe I wasted money on this. I wish I could share a picture. Pathetic.

First time eating at Arby’s. Place in the dining area is clean, floor can be slippery though. Mac & cheese sauce is great my son loved it but i prefer the pasta to be a little, it felt gummy, Cajun fish wrap was delicious, chicken bacon sandwich is good but the classic roast sandwich seemed to be stale. Restroom needs attention.

I am notnsure when it happened, but apparently they are using smaller chickens to make their chicken tenders. Comparing these to other chicken tenders at chicken places or, he’ll, even DQ these were half the size if not smaller.

The curly fries also tasted terrible. Think I am finally done with Arby’s.

My beef and cheddar came out looking like a car wreck. What a joke.

Great place to get a delicious roast beef sandwich with at the time potato cakes and a large lemonade. Friendly customer service and plenty of parking.

A decent place to stop for a quick bite off of I-65. Clean restaurant serving fast food. Indoor seating and a drive through option available. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

Worst gravy and biscuit I have ever had. Gravy was like water. I hot 2 orders and in the 5 minute drive most of it had leaked out all over my truck seat. I tried to eat it but gravy was so thin it had just made the biscuit soggy so I threw it all away and cleaned my truck best I could. The girl at the window did a great job she was nice.

We stopped on our trip to visit lil Arcola where my fiancé was laid to rest.

The cashier was rude to my mother, so much so she was nice to the people before and after her. My mom ran to the restroom after she asked for Arby’s sauce and the cashier had an attitude and threw the sauce in the bag. It wasn’t the toss but the attitude itself, it was as if my mother inconvenienced her (and the condiments are put away because of the mandate) but this cashier helped an elderly couple after my mom and was as sweet as can be. Even I went up there and ordered more curly fries and she was at least decent, fake but decent. I didn’t understand where this came from. I know when I ordered my mom couldn’t hear the cashier because of the mask, my mom wasn’t rude to her she just couldn’t hear her.
What bothers me most is when we were walking out one of us heard her say we were ignoring them because the cashier was mean to her.
What a way to treat a customer?!

I decided I’d leave a review and started taking pictures outside the building and was alerted of what was said as we were walking out.

I walked back in and asked the manager if I could have a private word outside.

We as a family have been thru hell and back and certainly do not need a person representing Arby’s to treat my mother so badly and disrespectful. For what reason? Today world of hate please stop allowing employees to treat your paying customers so poorly while treating other customers with the utmost respect.. this is the wrong way to represent a company you work for.

Talking with the manager (sorry I was still so upset I forgot your name but very sweet )
She already knew her cashier had a bad attitude (sometimes). I will not let this poor situation or the person representing Arby’s ruin us to stop again. We will be thru this area much more!

To the cashier: Be better, be a better human being. Your nastiness truly made my mother cry!
How would you feel if this was done to your mother and then speak badly of her in earshot to other employees. I forgive you for the poor judgement and the attitude, sending you positive vibes, love and peace.. May god truly walk with you!

PS you can see the employees thru the window all standing upfront in a gawking fashion.

Arby’s, I love you for your curly fries… but today they tasted like they’d been doing laps in the same oil since the Reagan administration. The fries were soggy, greasy, and had that unmistakable “burnt memories and regret” aftertaste. Look, even cars know you’re supposed to change the oil every 7,000 miles—maybe apply the same logic to your fryers before the potatoes start tasting like used motor oil.

I’d come back, but only after you’ve given your deep fryer the pit stop it so desperately deserves. Until then, I’ll be driving past.

Food was hot and fresh, flavor was good. Drive thru worker forgot napkins and our drinks until we asked for them. Overall experience was fine and somewhat expected for a fast food restaurant. Location is somewhat convenient to the highway and easy to access. Prices continue to rise and seem a bit on high side.
