I don’t know what this is , but found this inside of one of my chicken fries. I should’ve just cooked at home . I specifically wanted a plain burger with cheese just for everything to be on there . I didn’t check before i left the restaurant not close to home and if it was I would’ve drove back… this is ridiculous. My order was correct on my receipts so why isn’t it what I asked for ..

I’ve been obsessed with them lately and I stopped by to get a snack and they gave me some that look and taste like they’ve been sitting there all day. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and heat them up when I got home cause they were cold. (That didn’t work) they’re so chunky on the inside. Every time I’ve had them at other locations they’re cheesy and runny.

Just gone and tasted my whopper. So delicious. The lettuce, pickles and tomatoes were so fresh. The drive thru person was very kind and the atmosphere inside seemed pleasant. Thank you.

My wife had submitted an online order through the Burger King App. Unfortunately, on the app there is no where my wife could specify any special instructions such as, no salt on my fries or no ketchup on my burger, etc. After submitting the order my wife calls the Burger King on Lake Worth and Joga to ask for her food to be well done as in the past her order was undercooked. A woman picked up and my wife let her know that she just submitted an online order and wanted to confirm that they successfully recieved the order and asked for her food to be well done. Within seconds the woman told my wife to call back and and then proceeded to say that my wife called the wrong Burger King. The woman then hung up in the middle of my wife speaking. This was extremely rude and unprofessional but not surprising. It is unfortunate that on the app you do not have the option to choose a location of your choice to make your food. Being that this is the closest store to my house my order will be always forwarded to their store. Last week I ordered through Doordash and this was once again the location I received my food from so I knew my order went to this same Burger King. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service skills this staff had. I think its important to add that upon my wife receiving her order it was incorrect. She received soggy onion rings, soggy chicken nuggets, and an iced coffee that tasted like milk and water. In addition her food came cold. I truly hope that this location does better.

It says it’s open 24 hours. We arrived especially with a few friends and the guy at the drive thru said they are closed. Why is there an employee at a restaurant if it is closed?

I worked at BK in my high school years and I know what a perfectly done whopper looks like. With all my years as a BK crew member and also eating at different restaurants throughout the years, I have never tasted a perfectly done, fresh sandwich. The people who took our order were very nice, (although they forgot our straws for drinks)
But overall I give them a 5 star. Super delicious and fresh and quick service via drive thru!

They covered up all the electrical outlets. I guess that’s a way to save a few PENNIES from people who want to sit and charge their phone while they eat and maybe buy something else. This says “get your food and get out”
