I put in a mobile order for a Quad BK Stacker, a Mexican Original Chicken Sandwich, and a Chocolate Oreo Cookie Shake. The shake was just a vanilla shake with syrup, no Oreo cookies in it. The Quad Stacker was only a single. Do not go to this store if you are trying to get the correct meal. I could not check the items because I had to get back to work. *NEVER GO TO THIS STORE* more than half my order was incorrect. If I can give it zero stars, I would.

The rest room in this place is atrocious. Servis is slower than slow, and the order taker had a greater concern about her hair than any customers. The male party that is either the owner, or general manager walked over to the waste container near the door and spat, after doing so he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and returned to his office. I would avoid this place if I’m ever traveling through again.

The food was absolutely horrendous. Fries were clearly burnt, and I asked for american instead of swiss cheese with spicy chicken. Apparently, american cheese is a super hot commodity because it costs an extra dollar. After a taste, no spiciness at all. Apparently, they forgot. The Whopper Jr. tasted old and stale. Don’t waste your time.

I was charged $3.00 for 2 extra slices of tomatoes ……..the girl at the drive through takes your order but when you pull up to the window to pay she greets you with such a bad attitude (like she’s mad at me for her having to work there) they then make you pull up to the corner of the restaurant where they take 30 mins to give you your food and STILL don’t give you your order correctly and then get mad at you for bringing it up to them make it make sense!!!!!

Always an issue with this location, worst BK ever. When you order in the app ahead of time before the location closes and arrive before they close, they will pretend to be closed and not give the order. This happened to me twice so far. Rode through the drive through twice and went to the door to knock, they pretend to not see or hear you. I only go here because of the convenience of it being close.
