I get coupons in the mail, I drive to the closest burger king show my coupon and they say “we don’t take coupons”. That’s a scam. Don’t send me coupons in the mail and then don’t honor them. No signs saying they don’t take them. No list of participating stores. Scam, shady.

I ordered online, when i got there they told me my flavor icee was unavailable, and offered to replace with another flavor. I didn’t want anything else so i asked for a refund. The manager came out and said they could not give refunds, I would have to go thru the website. I then asked for my food and was told i dont get that if im asking for a refund. I said i only wanted the drink refunded, she said NOPE!!!
I have lived here 20 years and they used to be great, In the past 5-6 years i have had nothing but problems here…will not be back.

Cant make a burrito, gets things wrong, bad customer service. I’ve been eating Eggnormous Burritos from multiple locations for years now. This location makes them noticeably smaller and with the hot sauce directly in the burrito instead of providing a packet on the side.
When I got a small burrito, instead of large, which was made with the wrong sauce, and medium diet cokes instead of large on my Uber Eats order, I called to make sure there wasn’t a training issue. The manager told me she was the one who made my order and defended everything as though her job depended on it. She told me how she’s been manager for 25 years so obviously she’s right and knows how to make a breakfast burrito. It’s funny because this burrito was only on the menu for about 2 years. She also told me that the order had medium sodas instead of large, which is absolutely false because I was looking at the receipt.
Anyway, I couldn’t eat the burrito because it was too spicy and didn’t have the right flavor. I also ran out of diet coke early. So I reordered from the Pines location south of this one. Note they provided the hot sauce on the side and a much larger burrito, also they got the drink right.
This is the way a burrito should be done. The attached picture in no way represents the location which I am reviewing though. They can’t make burritos and have an attitude problem.

This BK takes 20 mins just to take your order, then another 20 to make you the food. And they’re rude. Would not recommend

One of the very few places that was good, today I placed them on the bad list!! Empty lobby , empty drive T, 7:30 pm ,4 people working , nobody taking orders at front , we ordered on the auto machine, it took 10 minutes for them to serve the food and the burgers were prepared wrong!!!! They added BBQ sauce on the burgers & they were Raw !!!!!…..bottom line ,one of the few good Burger kings left in the area is now on the worst list !!! What the heck were these 4 people doing in there ? 4 people!!! Still , horrible food ,horrible service. ..
