Went to this BK on Friday, January 23 at around 3:00 pm. First went to the drive thru, waited for 10 minutes at the microphone, nobody greeted, or said a word. We decided to go inside. The place inside was so dingy and old. Floors were not clean, bathroom either and no soap, which made me wonder how employees wash their hands. We ordered on the computers…and there were two employees getting orders ready, had their back to us the entire time as we waited. They were talking to eachother about personal things loud which my kids and I got to listen to the entire story. There was another gentleman there when we arrived, just standing waiting. After about 5 minutes they gave us the coke icy we had ordered. After about 10 minutes one of them finally asked the gentleman what he needed, and he said he was UberEats waiting for an order, to which they had it there ready the entire time, and gave it to him. We waited, and waited, and waited…not even an acknowledgement. Finally after 30 minutes, our order was ready. I had to ask for them to replace the Coke icy because it had fully melted by that point. They wete advertising the jalapeño poppers, but had none!
We left, and just couldn’t believe what a terrible, uncomfortable experience we just had. Sad, because when I was a student at FIU in the 90’s that was our go-to Burger King. No wonder it is now always completely empty. We surely won’t be coming back there again!

the cashier was very rude to even serve us — and they were out of all sodas except for water and coke, had no sauces, had no forks or spoons, and when i asked what i could use to eat my hersheys pie, i was handed a knife and a passive aggressive ‘sorry’. i was not told they were out of forks/spoons, or else i would not have even ordered it.
the cashier was sitting on the counter, specifically where food is served. when we asked for a refund regarding the terrible service and the fact we could not eat our pies, he threw the money on the counter and rolled his eyes. meanwhile, him and another worker had been playing rock papers scissors while we waited
never coming back here, these people showed absolutely no customer service skills.

I really have done my best not to make a fuss about this BK but today’s experience was horrendous. Wish I could say the food was awful but we didnt get even as far as ordering. Communication is so important in this environment and the cold fact was that this locations issue seem to stem from a disregard of customer experience. The order taker asked me to please wait. And I waited, far longer than time could realistic afford. After many attempts to get the staff attention at the drive thru and several requests to wait, I got a response. This was after 10 mins waiting…. “our system is down, please pull to the next window.” Fine fine, im frustrated alright. I arrive at the next window and clearly no one was there. So I thought okay, no biggie, probably meant the 2nd window right? Wrong. I got there and no one was waiting. Just a bunch of wide eyed and confused employees panicking over 3 customers in the store. There has got to be some accountability here. Age, experience nor knowledge of systems prevents an employee from acknowledging a human being. Theres likely easy fixes here but this is unacceptable. This used to be the good Bk id travel to purchase from. Now its a mess.

Lisandra took my order. Very respectful and lovely lady. It’s very rare finding in a Drive-Thru people that are actually wanting to give you a good service. Gave us crowns and everything 🙂

Worst service ever. Messed up my order gave me something totally different. Plus the guy was cussing in Spanish the whole time he was taking my order. I don’t usually leave reviews but this interaction was definitely the worst so i had to.
If you are a FIU student i highly recommend go to ihop or kfc walk a little there is a McDonalds but do not go here
The staff are very racist and they where cussing in Spanish and behaving rudely i believe because I am brown. So if you are an international student and you don’t want to ruin your mood while picking up your order, do not go here.

Greatest burger king ever. Epitome of “have it your way”, if anyone remembers that marketing slogan. As a carnivore, I order things that are not common menu items, it is more a pieced together meal. Most places are too lazy to sell me just the specific items, but would rather I overpay for an item where 90% of the ingredients are taken off instead. Absolutely a delight to eat here. Great management.

We usually eat inside. Restaurant looks clean. Soda machine, tables even bathroom is always clean. Food is always tasteful, hot, fresh, however service inside is slow at times.

The King would be disappointed in this location. I couldn’t wait to write this just because of of my sub-par experience. I havent been in such a dirty restaurant. I am curious to know what exactly the closing managers did the night before because it looked like a lot of the garbage that was there had sat there ALL NIGHT. Almost every table was dirty. There was litter all over the floor, tables, picnic tables (despite the rainy weather), and the parking lot. There were so many people standing around bickering that these conditions are unacceptable. I walked in at approx 10:30 and there were maybe 3 other people there so there’s no way they trashed it up before i got there. I feel they need better shift managers or a crew with better attention to detail and a sense of cleanliness. I had to use a wet wipe to bus my own table. unacceptable. Step it up.
Food was hot. That’s really my only compliment. The pancakes were a ball of dough. I’ll be going to mcds for my next breakfast. They at least are consistent.

I’m writing this review to warn others about the disgusting experience I had at this restaurant. We ordered a spicy chicken burger, but what we got was a huge live roach inside the burger. I tried calling them to report the issue, but nobody answered the phone. Due to this disgusting experience, I will never buy from them again.

Burger King corporate thought it was a good idea to gut their coupons, gut their offers, and understaff all their restaurants. I waited in the drive through as the only person for 20 minutes. This is straight up disgusting
