This may sound weird to some as it is something you dont hear often, but you are looking AT THE VERY BEST burger king in SEFL, literally THE BEST! You know how you always see tv commercials and the food looks great but when you get the food it looks nothing like the commercials? Well here is the total opposite. The food doesnt only look better than the commercials, it tastes better than how they look on tv. OMG, the food is so fresh & well put together. We went breakfast but ended up staying for lunch . We ordered the 3/$7, 1 original chicken & 2 whopper jr’s. The chicken was SOOOO juicy & the veggies were the freshest they could be. The service is impecable, they are super nice & friendly & always with a smile on their face. The restaurant is very clean AND they even have a play ground and a couple of arcade machines. We definitely enjoyed our visit & food, so much so we are going back again today because we literally DREAMT of that chicken sandwich .

What every fast food chain restaurant should aspire to be. Absolutely deserving the absurdly high rating for a fast food chain. Family-owned, clean, and meticulously detailed – they will pile the last onion ring on top and carry it slowly to make sure that it doesn’t fall off as they put it in the bag. Fries are golden brown, crispy, hot, and freshly made. Every other fast food franchise do better please.

I had an amazing experience in the drive thru today! The staff + manager were all very nice and polite they greeted me with smiles (Shout out to Tay & India) and didn’t make me feel rushed because of a “timer” it felt great to experience such high level of customer service these days. My food was also very hot and fresh! Well done! I’ll be driving back to Miami just for this location

On a positive note, the food at this Burger King is always fresh, and the restaurant is consistently clean and well organized. The playground is also always clean, which I truly appreciate as a customer.
Unfortunately, the downside of this location is the manager. While she does appear to be efficient at her job, she is consistently rude and dismissive. She treats both employees and customers poorly and often comes across as condescending, as if she believes she is above everyone else. She has mentioned being the owner of BK17, which makes the behavior even more disappointing.
I’ve hoped over the years that her attitude would improve, but sadly, it seems to have only gotten worse.

Not a single clue what these three reviews under me are talking about. Staff AND Managers are amazing here. Food was excellent and fries were perfect!! There’s a reason its one of the top BKs in the country.

Some of the workers at this Burger King are friendly and helpful, but the manager’s attitude ruins the experience.
The manager, Rosie, is very disrespectful to both employees and customers, which makes the place feel uncomfortable.
My family enjoys coming here, but because of the management, I don’t support this location as much as I would like to.

December 7th I came to this Burger King and the manager some white lady at the window with glasses was very rude to me. I’m always at this Burger King and always was treated nice and respectful until NOW! She wasn’t trying to resolve my problem she had a whole attitude with me for no reason. I ended up getting a refund because of the negativity! Worst experience ever I went to a different location they were way nice to me and better service. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’m in Tampa and word on the street is that the manager does an incredible job making sure the food is hot and fresh. I might have to take a drive! Meanwhile I have to ask my local BK to make it fresh and hot.

It’s not often but when I do get a taste for a quick burger, this is my go to place! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH, which is an unexpected bonus when you’re at a fast food place. And did I mention my food is always perfection unless the headsets are a little wacky..

I have been to a lot of Burger Kings and this Burger King stands out as an example of fast food done right. Not only were the employees coordinated and fast but the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant in general was very clean both inside and out as well as the playground area. What surprised me was that they had cool retro arcade game cabinets and sit down arcade tables including pacman and galaga which brought about awesome nostolgia! I mean, what a great touch. Furthermore, there was a nice fireplace decoration with pictures of the restaurants progress throughout the years. I could tell the owners take pride in their operation and it was such a pleasure to decompress after a Dolphins game and to eat in a nice location. Made a fan out of me.
