Make sure you check your food and receipts before you leave. Twice I’ve had a problem and it’s enough to not want from them ever again.
First time: I tell you the deal I want and you rung me up for a higher total than what the deal is. Over charged. I let it go.
Second time: I order and I was rung up correctly. Same cashier who took my order and charged me, then gives me the wrong bag with a smile. My stupid self didn’t think to check because I thought she was alright. WRONG WRONG WRONG. AND THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT IS NOT WORKING, YOU LOOK ON GOOGLE FOR AN ACTIVE NUMBER AND THEY DONT EVEN PICK UP. I can’t eat what they gave me and can’t go back cause I got work. But believe when I say I won’t be back. But to save the rest of you all, just check before you leave. And it’s not like they have bad employees, just to many mess up for me to handle.

Mesha literally made me drive back to Burger King and placed another order because the food my son brought home was so good and my son raced about the PHENOMENAL Service he had so we went back to get 2 more Whoopers.
When I pulled up to the mic was greeted with the most upbeat voice at this was 12:40 am. I placed my order and got everything correctly within minutes of pulling up the best park was great service with a smile Mesha greeted me with. She is amazing, has great service with a bright beautiful smile and gets your order done in a correct and timely manner. Great job Burger King in having such a phenomenal employee.

In a time when GOOD Customer Service is RARE, Ms. Alexis displayed OUTSTANDING Customer Service skills. She made our experience at this location a GREAT one. SALUTE to Ms. Alexis! Excellent group of individuals. I’ve been through many Burger King locations all over Broward county but never seen a single employee work the floor like Simon. Had to ask for his name and tell him how excellent he works, he’s great! From a scale of 1-10 he deserves at least 20.

Catherine took my order today. She was really nice and friendly. As I drive up to the window she treated me with a smile andntold me to park in the front since they would be bringing out my meal. (It was ordered **Off the Broiler**)
Another employee brought my food to the car, she was also sweet and said, “You have a nice day!” I must say my Fries was Hot, and my burger was delicious . The Beef patty was hot, the veggies (Lettuce, tomato and onions ) were fresh and and not withered. Thank-you for the delicious fresh meal. It is much appreciated !!!

Want to order an item at the location? The manager was on duty and taking orders. No I don’t that I ordered it’s no longer available but there’s signs and promotions all over the place. And I told her well, why don’t you take the sign down? I’m just here to take orders. Please do not penalize me on items that we no longer have and I’m like. Oh, can I talk to the manager? Hello I typing this review whole I’m sitting in this Burger King. It is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve visited since here I have been too. Now in all fairness, this bk has a problem with preparation. Then on the 2 nd shift they have a problem wearing name tags. This is not a corporate BK. It is a slow for breakfast. So all you guys that love breakfast this is the bk to join. No wait you get in and out in plenty of time for work school or shopping . That’s the same for drive through. Please make sure u tell how they are doing. Great team guys just be a little more friendly. Smile

They need to hire people who want to work, not people who are just looking for a paycheck. Whenever I ask for mayonnaise, they never have any. The girl who helped me was very rude.she gave me the dollar menu soda. CHANGE THE STAFF START FROM THE STORE MANAGER.

Honestly super surprised and really frustrated with this Burger King. I thought it was fine, but not sure how this happened. Asked for an impossible whopper with no ketchup, Mayo or mustard, but for some reason they took that as ‘add cheese, and I don’t want lettuce or tomato’ ? I have no idea what went wrong
