Im going to be super honest, that extra star is just me feeling bad. The food was good, but i was absolutely disgusted when i saw ants. ANTS. EVERYWHERE. Not only that, the fries tasted old and stale, and the frozen coke tasted way off. The person whp took our order at the counter rolled his eyes and acted very impatient and irritated. They got one of our burgers wrong, added pickles when we SPECIFICALLY told them twice to not include them. I could come back, but i really hope they do something about all those problems, especially the ants. (I saw them on the cookies! not only that, but lots of the decoration was rusty and dirty. The looked highly understaffed, i only saw like 3 people. Not only that but the burgers look very flat and miserable.

This Burger King was really good, great service and the place was really clean the employees there we’re really nice, but a 17-year-old man was asking for my 13-year-old friend to give him her number. and the 17 year old man worked there at the counter and made my friend feel very uncomfortable with that question. Not only did it take 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order, I bit into my nugget to find a piece of plastic. I placed my order via thru and got to the window and had to wait 10+ minutes for them to bring me my order. I complained to corporate as this clearly is a health hazard and can cause someone to choke or get very sick. This obviously didn’t happen at the store level as the nuggets are merely fried at the store level but are made at the factory level. I was waited on by 3 different people in drive thru- one who handed me a drink, another who handed me my order, and another individual who gave the sauce that was missing from my bag. I would have returned to the store for a refund, but gas is $$$ and I just spent $14 on a meal I can’t eat. I tried to call the store to inform them of the plastic, just to warn them and maybe see if they would pull the item for safety reasons but nobody picks up. Hopefully corporate can sort this out. Sadly will have to toss this meal, hopefully I won’t get sick from the other half of the nugget that I ate and the several others before seeing the plastic.

The worst service ever, I’ve been here about 7 times and the same horrible service. I think the problem comes from the top, management should be retrained or fired!!! Employees laughing out loud, no one doing anything to help…. At 7:21pm I ordered just a simple hamburger, with one client in front of me, which took 13 minutes to get to the window. Unavailable….

Went here late night and ordered a whopper with cheese and onion rings. Don’t know the guys name but he was friendly and made my order what appears to be fresh. The sandwich was hot, well assembled and very tasty. The onion rings were hot and fresh as well, I was amazed at the level of service received that late at night. 5 stars!

It’s really hit or miss at this location. You should definitely double check your order before leaving. This always seems to be the times when your order is incorrect. Sometimes they undercook the burger meat. I’ve seen photos from other reviews and had it myself. BK please change the recipe for the original chicken sandwich. It’s too salty for a human being. Drive thru usually always moves fast.
