This people hire anyone. Bad management so the employees turn out to be badly trained and inherent the bad habits. I asked the dude where is the ice is hot . For the drinks , and he said our machine is broken but the soda is cold. I said this ain’t cold is hot . Also when were you going to tell us your ice machine was broken ?

I *love* false advertising.
I swung by this Burger King to get the new Spider-Man burger I’ve been hearing about, and they tell me they have it and everything but when i open my food, it’s just a normal burger. No red bun, or anything special, and i had to ask for the crown. So if i didn’t do that it would’ve just looked like i just got a normal burger kinda disappointed.

If you’re not actually going to be open 24 hours, don’t advertise that you are. I stopped by Burger King around 2 AM expecting to grab something quick since this location is listed as 24 hours. Lights were on, people were inside, but no one was taking orders—no explanation, no sign, nothing. It’s frustrating and misleading. Either stick to the hours you post or update them so customers don’t waste their time. Definitely not a good look for a major chain.
