Just had a bad experience dealing with FRANTZ he said he was a manager, i dont believe that he seemed like he was looking for a fight today
. I approached to drive-through and open my app and provided him with a redemption code for a free meal. I told it to him twice and it seemed as it just because I spoke a little louder the second time he seemed like he was upset at the fact, and he then in a condescending manner started saying ma’am I don’t see that code so I advise him OK well there’s an option to scan and then he started telling me we don’t scan any code man if you have a problem, you can contact customer service so I’ve been proceeded to tell him it’s for a whopper meal you are supposed to be able to scan it he started saying that I’m holding up a drive-through line and that I need to move on. I asked him for his name and he probably provided it as if he could care less again. This is not his business. He only works for the business so he does not care whatsoever with that being said I wanna make a formal complaint because I left this location and had to go to another location and he seemed like he wanted to fight me. He was very argumentative and he had a very provoking attitude do you want business or not? I know that this is the low paying fast food restaurant, but you don’t have to treat customers like they’re the ones that’s paying you less than what you feel you deserve your attitude speaks for itself. He continued to go back-and-forth with me and started to become extremely argumentative. It takes two to argue and yes, I was an angry customer at the way he started provoking, but I definitely did not deserve to be treated that way at all. I just left the emergency room as well. I don’t know who the guy he is but he’s clearly not the one that is keeping her in business. I cannot find a contact number for Burger King corporation and I did not get to place my actual order so I can’t make a complaint that way.

Today Jan 31st, 2026, I went to buy something to eat at the Burger King Store located at 11298 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, Fl. PLEASE SAVE AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Terrible service, they talk to you with an attitude even at the drive through and let’s not speak about the owner that sides with the bad behavior of his employees and reacts against the customer. I do not want to think that in 2026 is still because of racial reasons specially when the owner blamed my accent??? I have 7 years being a customer of this place and this is the second time this happens. The first time was a couple weeks ago and I decided to ignore it, but now when I decided to present a complaint, unfortunately the OWNER was the one shutting me down and telling me their emoyees followed protocol. LOL. What a clown! Definitely with this attitude he is going to drive this place to bankruptcy. I am NEVER COMING BACK.

Avoid this burger king at all costs. The staff here are so rude. My friend was in the drive thru and asked the woman to repeat the price of the water and the woman was so nasty to my friend and didn’t even take her order. There’s plenty of other burger king that are better.

Bought two combos #2 n #3, nothing was wrong till i asked for sauces. Couldn’t get any needed to buy them for 25cents, when i said sir I’ll buy two they said they need a 1dollar minimum. When did this became a thing..??
So i went on the app bought the two i wanted online with no minimum ofc.. 56cents whatever.
Now for the burgers, they were fair. Got them almost right away. They were warm as if it was just sitting before wrapping it up. I eat fast, the food got warmish cold by the last bite..

Service at this Burger King is always quick and staff is friendly even if it’s busy. Never any issues asking for sauces, which is a common issue at other locations. I have no complaints, food is always good.

Had me waiting in the driveway thru line for far too long the line behind me was getting longer and longer with no one coming to the mic to take my order, finally ordered and the lady was rude no manners and the burgers were thrown together so sloppy made me completely lose my appetite. Wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE.

Staff are not trained at all to deal with issues or guest, and they hire rude people. Got home with an order to realize that chicken tenders are missing go back and being told the cashier did put it in bag. Please, I didn’t get home to leave again. This Burger King Needs HELP! Couple months ago rude cashier, then another time, total order was wrong. Burger King head office needs to really help this location. Please remember the customer is the one that makes your pay check!!!!!!!

This is the worst service ever. There are other, friendlier stores. When I go back, it’s always a problem for a sauce. They charge me $0.50, ask for the coupon, the date, and more when I use it. It seems like someone is stealing from them. I will never return. Don’t go to that place. Not very friendly.
