Got a sandwich and asked for extra mushrooms and no onion rings. When I got to my house it literally didn’t have mushrooms and had onion rings. Afterwards I had to drive back since I was allergic to onions. When they re did my sandwich and now it didn’t have the lettuce that was literally requested and had on the receipt. At that point I gave up. Not sure what was so hard of reading the ticket just to still get it wrong. But at least the young male cashier dropped everything and tried to help so kudos to him maybe the store needs to learn about his charisma.

Went to this Burger King on 12/6/2025 . I ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger plan and a Medium Diet Coke. Let me first say that I have stopped eating at all fast food restaurants food is nasty sloppy and more then half of the time it’s all wrong got tired of throwing my money away and I am person with a short temper. But my diabetes was messing with me so I went thru drive thru. I hope to God this place does not change employees were so friendly and polite drive thru was fast the food was awesome warm and not sloppy at all the drink was well calibrated and not over iced . This experience was a GREAT ONE . Thank you for opening up your doors and doing a great job. And that includes the man that was cleaning the outside he was polite

Ordered a whopper Jr & got a sloppy Jr instead. You can tell the jr was not freshly made. Clearly it was microwaved. Do better.
