I used to be a loyal customer at Braselton Smoke Bar, but that’s over. One bartender, Gianna, has completely ruined what used to be a fun bar. Her behavior is disturbing, hostile, and flat-out unacceptable.
She regularly acts aggressive toward customers, yells at people, and has gotten into physical altercations on almost every occasion. I’ve personally seen the police called because of her behavior more than once. She leaves the bar unattended for long stretches of time and returns extremely impaired, then comes back and refuses to serve customers. Even when she’s not working, she hangs around causing problems, bullying people, and making everyone uncomfortable.
She often appears impaired while working, which is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible for a bartender. This is not just “bad service”—it’s a serious liability. People feel uneasy the moment she’s behind the bar and when she walks in the building as a “customer”and for good reason.
To make things worse, there have been billing issues. I tipped $10 and later discovered a $50 tip was charged to my card without my authorization. As well as my friends and other patrons that have spent money there too. That alone should be grounds for immediate termination.
It’s a shame because this bar has potential, but as long as she’s employed there, I will not return—and neither will my friends. I will actively tell people to stay away. Management needs to step in and remove her before someone gets hurt or this place gets shut down. Completely unacceptable either you handle this situation or I will, I have connections to the city and I really don’t want to get them involved I’d prefer the management to step in like any other good functioning establishment would. I’ve never seen someone try to ruin a business so much and still remain employed.

This is a nice and fun place not everyone knows of. The drinks are great and music is usually enjoyable- sometimes it a a tad loud, but I’m kind of an “in bed my 10pm” kind. Love the bartenders and so many neat people I’ve met here.

Great atmosphere. Bartender was amazing. Asked for a whiskey cocktail semi sweet or her own concoction. Absolutely delicious and well crafted. Atmosphere was great with, playful attitudes, great conversations, solid music and overall camaraderie. Will return.

I was unaware the bar closed at 11:30. I arrived just before closing so I missed the crowd but I still thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The music was good. The manager and the remaining staff ( one gentleman, not sure of his position) were great. Warm, friendly, great conversation. The liquor didn’t seem watered-down and the price was unreal. Never been to a bar that didn’t gouge the liquor prices. I will be returning….. soon.

Stopped in for the first time for a few hours while waiting for my daughter and her friends who where at the movies. Great atmosphere to smoke a good cigar. Wait staff was very attentive. Watched some football and enjoyed some really great fries!

Awesome smoking bar, sat down and enjoyed a Cohiba. Great whiskey selection and the bar tender is quick with service. Had a cigar and drink in my hand in under a few minutes after I arrived. Definitely recommend going out to this place with friends.

Do not go here unless you want to get beat up by the patrons who frequent this establishment. They conveniently don’t have surveillance cameras on property to protect the customers. Enter at your own risk.
