Dirty tables. Not just messy — genuinely dirty.
They didn’t follow the order instructions and didn’t cut the burger in half as requested.
I tried to get extra napkins, but no one was at the counter, and employees were on their phones without helping.

Most horrible experience I ever had been coming to his Burger King for quite a while pregnant lady attending me horrible service I asked for a wrap with extra sauce. Ask if they could add sauce as she purposely put so much where the wrap was not even eatable forcefully had to eat just a chicken because I didn’t wanna come back and complain. These needs to be brought up to a manager’s attention.

This is hands down the best Burger King I’ve been to in years! The service was fast, friendly, and the food came out fresh and perfectly made. You can tell they take pride in this location Again best service I’ve had in any fast food restaurant. And the best part is that it’s in EAST HIALEAH . Props to the 3 pm shift 10/06/25.

Every time I come here it’s a 10-20 minute wait for food I look through the window and the workers are just moving Lackadaisical while there’s a whole line no matter which day I come it’s the same. That’s just to start and then to order, the language barrier, delaying purchase makes me want to leave every time. I can’t ask for the simplest items. I say anything and immediately they respond back “onion rings?” I ask for a side and they have to get a manger to carry out the order because they don’t understand English in the least, not to be disrespectful or be some pro America addict but it’s American fast food

A new look for Burger King is starting to emerge everywhere and this location I am told is the new face.
Well, they are certainly off to a great start as far as my party and self is concerned. We had an excellent experience.
It all starts with a real friendly, fresh face, restaurant manager that cares and who greeted me with a smile and made several suggestions that I really didn’t know anything about. Very knowledgeable about everything B.K. thanks Ms. Mariana
Very impressed with their attention to details, getting my order just right in every aspect of the meal – including the temperature.
I like my Croissant for breakfast with ham, cheese, egg and bacon to be really hot so asked for a few extra seconds in the Mic and they gladly accommodated. And, with a smile too. You don’t get that everyday at fast food places.
Plus the closing point in the dine in experience for me was that she personally brought it out to my table where we were sitting. I was not expecting that. Definitely two thumbs up for Burger King on hiring and training their people to appreciate the repeat customer like in the old days
Have been back several times to this favourite location now. Have had since; their “Mozzarella ” sticks , Onion rings with a “Zesty Sauce” also recommended by the manager previously. As well their “BK Royal Crispy Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich (not sure if that’s the exact way the name appears on the menu but you can ask them. It’s delicious every time.
Also try the “Frozen Coke” like the old style “7-11” Store Slurpee (if you haven’t tried it and you are a Coca Cola fan like me – highly recommend it
Due try their soft serve vanilla ice cream which also was suggested by the manager with chocolate-cookie-crumble sprinkles. And speaking of cookies try their chocolate chip always freshly baked

Extremely rude staff, never have I been to a Burger King and been treated so disrespectfully.
The manager doesn’t even follow burger kings KNOWN rules.
