I placed an online order for an Original Chicken Sandwich meal (7.99) which came with the sandwich, fries, and a drink, and an 8 piece mozzarella fries (3.89) which was a lot of food for just under $13. The food was just okay, but it was what I was looking for. It all tasted as expected. The people at the drive through were really nice.

So I am a customer that is allergic to beef. I wanted to order the Texas burger. I told him I wanted to substitute it for the impossible meat which is their vegetarian burger so after he was done substituting a $12 meal ended up ringing out to $23 because he told me he couldn’t substitute the meat there he told me that all that he could do is turn a regular burger into that so he up charged me for jalapeños cheese lettuce. And a second patty, It’s kind of funny that every other Burger King around will do it, but not this one

Absolutely unacceptable. I walked into the Burger King on 5624 Vineland around 8:00 AM on a Sunday, and it was like stepping into a ghost town. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing.
I stood at the counter for a full five minutes while an employee clearly saw me… and still chose to say absolutely nothing. Not a “be right with you,” not a glance, not even basic eye contact.
The empty parking lot suddenly made perfect sense. As I walked out… still ignored… no one bothered to say a single word.
Customer service here is nonexistent. If you value your time or basic human courtesy, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Highly do not recommend.

Paid 11+dollars for a dbl cheeseburger no bun and a small fry. Questioned the drive thru girl about the price of the items. I believe the price for the dbl cheeseburger she dbl down at 7.33. And it did show that price on the receipt. Checked the app today it is definitely only 3.49 not sure how or why they are ripping people off. Loyal Burger King customer will never purchase another thing from them.

So, I placed an order in the app while I was in the parking lot. When I was done placing the order I immediately drove up to the box. I gave the guy the order name. He said that I showed up too fast after ordering the food. So I need to go sit in the parking lot for another couple of minutes and then drive back up. Why would this be the case? If I were to have ordered at the box directly with the guy, he would have been getting the order at the exact same time it was coming out of my mouth and I still would have been able to pull up to the window. But because I ordered in the app and then immediately drove up to the box after ordering the food in the app, now I have to go sit in the parking lot for another couple of minutes before coming to the window? Even though if I would have ordered directly with him he would have been getting the order as it was coming out of my mouth? Make this make sense to me. This Burger King always has horrible service times. You’ll sit there for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and there’s only two cars in the drive-thru. But this is just absolutely ridiculous.

Waited for about 20 minutes with no one in the lobby. That really doesn’t bother me, but everyone ignored you. A simple “Hello, we will be right with you” might have gone a long way. The food tasted as expected. The atmosphere felt like if the employees didn’t want you in their store. The lobby hasn’t been swept in some time. A little training will go a long ways.

Gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular (I specifically said classic). They also do that thing where they don’t tell you that small is an option (“Medium or large?”) which drives me absolutely insane. Don’t try to psychologically trick me into upcharging bro, I just want a small.
Also, I have been trapped in this drive thru line for fifteen minutes and not a single car has moved.

This is by far the rudest fast food location I’ve ever been to. I placed an order for my wife at the counter for breakfast and waited for lunch and after dealing with the attitude we got from the woman, I decided to place my order for lunch on the app. I placed my order and waited 15 minutes then walked to the counter and asked to pick it up. She told me she didn’t have my order and I placed it at the wrong place and shouted out their address at me. I showed her that my app matched that address and she said she didn’t have it and walked away. I had to get the manager to get my food. Terrible service.

This burger king is great! Firstly, LOVE how each table had its own burger king hat. That’s something you don’t see in a regular burger king. The lady at the counter was really nice and even offered us more hats for my family! Speaking of service, food came really fast (like less than 10 minutes, and we ordered a good amount of food as well). The beef in the burger was so juicy and really delicious. Honestly, the best I’ve ever seen in a burger king. I don’t really understand the negative reviews for this place- like this place was nice. The tables were kept super clean and there was almost nothing in each aspect of the place.
The only real bad thing about this place was that it did get my order wrong. Honestly though, I didn’t mind cause the burger was still delicious

This specific location is severely unstaffed. The wait time is excessive and there seems to be a very stressful work environment for the night shift workers.
I don’t really have complaints about the food quality, but they do seem to forget to place the condiments and such in the bag.
I really do hope that this location begins to improve due to the fact that it is centralized in a busy area.
