Staff, Rude. Food quality poor. King and Camara (Girl with long braids) deserve to be fired immediately. Stopped by 3/1 around 1 am. I asked if the rodeo cheeseburger came in a meal and was rudely told this is burger king have it your way. I had just traveled home from a funeral, my eyes were shot and it was hard to read the menu. When I asked for a second to read I was rudely told to hurry up. I try to avoid stopping at restaurants on this side of town for this exact reason and I wont be returning here. The food quality sucked. Fries tasted stale. I will be contacting the franchisee over this incident because these two employees need to be reprimanded. Avoid this location at all cost.

I’ve now become a regular because when I make it here after a long shift I get greeted with Bella she’s friendly and amazing and brightens up the drive thru with her personality and interpersonal relationships with everyone. I keep coming back because the food is made fresh . Really the best burger king service since I’ve been coming to the establishment.

First – it was pretty awkward because the drive-through people made us back up away from the window because our food wasn’t ready. There was no cars behind us. Why couldn’t we just stay at the window? Weird. Then we get home to find out that they screwed up our sauce. We asked for buffalo and ranch and they gave us sweet-and-sour instead. We didn’t even ask for sweet-and-sour. Then I called the restaurant to voice my concerns and the phone rang a busy signal probably because they took the phone off the hook so they wouldn’t have to listen to complaining customers. OH and they forgot our order of poppers. I spent money and you didn’t give me what I paid for.

in your location 12:45 PM. Ordered my food spent 27 and some change sat down cashier. Say we out of meat we don’t have no hamburger. How do you run out of hamburgers on a Saturday at 12:45? Order something different order came with the $24 and some change you’re managing to tell me she couldn’t give me the rebalance of my change back so I asked for a refund took a 20 minutes. Did you give me a refund and she couldn’t get it done so she had to give me cash I need new managers and somebody don’t know how to operate jobs business and do inventory. It’s don’t make no sense. I see why y’all closing up stores.

I was looking for Burger King and it was after 2 AM and this place was still open. They are now open 24 hours. They have good service very good people working this is at first. I gotta give this Burger King at five star for serving my food and being kind with customers food was nice and hot, whopper and chicken nuggets everything was hot. Good job.

Lied and said an order wasn’t able to be fulfilled or collected due to the kitchen being closed, then said they contacted the customer to cancel the order, but upon contacting the customer personally 2 minutes later the customer confirmed that they (burger king) did NOT contact them (the customer), burger king then told uber eats they were still open and didn’t deny the order in order to still get paid for the order they refused to fulfill, the customer was then unable to cancel and get a refund because burger king lied. Absolutely despicable and inconceivable for a HUGE company, must be franchised and owned by a nasty person, do better you crooks

Trying the app to order can’t find reviews to add a review. Did order on app was easy-to-use got my order and I request no mayo and ketchup still got it and to much off it. Did drive thru order was going okay to I get there to get the order and I say I have pick up she tell me I need to say that at the beginning switch that is okay and I get it but is how she said it with attitude

I don’t go there no more. Other morning I seen that Burger King with empty drive-thru and empty dining room and they were not having business. After Burger King switched the menu and no longer sell chicken biscuit and cinnamon rolls they did turned into bad restaurant by having empty dining room and empty drive-thru. I don’t understand how they stay open and can’t bring chicken biscuit and cinnamon rolls back. I’m done with Burger King and won’t be back ever.
