This is one of the slowest and least efficient. Burger King I have ever been to. I can tolerate the fact that the food is average because the chain has let the food become just par for fast food, but the staff are frustrated. The lines are long and genuinely. This is something to avoid here save it for the international Taurus to experience what they might view as a true piece of Americana.

I just had a bad experience at the Burger King at 2000 Consulate Dr. in Orlando, FL. For some reason today, I had a craving for a whopper with bacon. I asked the associate if they had any whopper sandwich with bacon, she told me no. After looking at the overhead menu, I told her there’s one right there with the onion rings and the works. She told me that was different. The restaurant was basically empty. It was me and 2 other people. So, I ordered a Whopper Combo for $12.29. When she rung it up, she said that it would be 17.00, and some change. I asked her how did we get from $12.29 to $17.00 and some change. She spent the register around, and asked me to look, and stated that she don’t make the prices. I used to be a math professor, so I told her that the $12.29, with tax, should have been $13.09. Eventually, she took off the price of the drink. She was very unprofessional! I own a business as well, and if I ever witness one of my employees being that confrontational with one of my customers, they would be immediately be reprimanded, if not fired! We won’t have to worry about me again, because I don’t plan on ever going there again! I think that she must be the manager because the entire time that I was there, she repeatedly back and forth with the other employees. FYI, she is short hispanic female, with a heavy accent.

I came here with a friend and we had went to order on the self pay machines, we tried 2 times and it didn’t take our order so we had went to order at the register, we were there waiting awhile meanwhile 2 guys are just standing there talking and then after awhile my friend asks if she can order the guy says yes but then he just walked away and we were just left there, how terrible service. we had went a 3rd time on the self pay machines and it finally worked. we ordered 2 dr peppers with whoppers after we received our food the girl who put them there didn’t give us our drinks so we obviously asked for them, me and my friend go back to sit down to eat and then we take a sip of our drinks and this wasn’t dr pepper it tasted horrible, turns out the girl gave us sprite but it didn’t even taste like sprite. she couldn’t care to tell us they were out of dr pepper so she just did that? terrible employees had to talk to the manager and got a refund on our drinks. don’t come here they be hiring anybody these days.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Burger King. The service here is very bad and slow, I had asked one of the employees there if I could pay at the register since the self pay was not working and he responded with yes, when I began to tell him what I wanted he walked away. So I tried again on the self pay and it had let me pay the second time. They took very long to give me my food, and they didn’t even give me my drinks, I had to ask for them. I had asked for Dr. Pepper, when I drank from it tasted very bad and sour. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund that they did not want to give me. Please do not order from here.

We tried to use valid coupons at this point, but the manager didn’t want to accept them and her response was an unreasonable NO. We think it’s disrespectful that they don’t know what to do in this case. How sad that they put such a rude person in front of them.

just go to five guys at the other end of the food court. BK uses the order menu so you do all the selections yourself but when they run out of things which seems to happen often they dont deactivate buttons so you place your order then wait. then they try to substitue half of your selections. best part of the whole thing is when you tell them fine just cancel the order you have to wait another 5 minutes for them to figure out how. bad training for staff and managers alike. I guess part of me needs to blame the owner base too because they must care about speed more then quality since it seemed like i was the problem for holding them up and ordering things they ran out of.

I ordered a Dragon flame-grilled whopper meal, but it didn’t taste like it was flame grilled, more like it was microwaved in some kind of moisture. When they gave me my meal, I realized they forgot to add the collectible toy. When I asked for it, it got thrown in the bag with a complete indifference. I regret eating there, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Instead, go to Five guys, which I would recommend.
